Cat Sollis, Andrea & George are unbelievably helpful and have been from day one. They are extremely knowledgeable, very supportive & professional. Nothing is to much trouble. Rebecca, has always been professional when calling / emailing and is an absolute credit to Dawson’s. I highly recommend Dawson’s to anyone and will not be using any other estate agent in the future. I've never had a good experience with Dawsons of Swansea, initially renting from them in 2003 and since in house purchases, and the most recent a stalled purchase of a property for nearly two years. I wouldn't recommend them, I even now avoid buying property on the market with them, I've dealt with far better in Swansea.... Read more

Tenant I advise not to rent any property from them, also careful when you sign contract, they will give you fixed contact without break clause , but verbally assure you that you can leave by giving notice! Then they will cheat you and your deposit money if you want to leave! They are simply dangerous! I will never ever again use them and advise you the same!... Read more

Advise not to use these if they fully manage the rented property. Let themselves in your house on many occasions without consent. Was still living in the property for the last month of tenancy and agreed I would be there for all viewings, man got there early and let himself in my house, being a young woman living on her own I thought it was disgusting, he was going around the house moving stuff and binning items he felt was rubbish which was not. Made me feel unsafe and felt intimidated being on my own in the house with a strange man. Such a relief to leave Dawsons and live in a stress free, safe feeling home.... Read more
