John is one of the nicest agents I’ve come across. A change in my circumstances meant I found myself stuck and had to find somewhere to live within 2 weeks. He was so helpful and personal, and helped me find the right flat for me within my budget and time frame. He worked around the fact that I was away the week before my move in date and scanned all of the paperwork over to me so that we could get it sorted ASAP. Fromes gave me the best renting experience I could have asked for. As a student, trying to find a flat in London was difficult and we had our fair share of experiences with disappointing estate agents. Fromes, however, were incredible. We moved into our flat within a week of finding and viewing it, thanks to their professional efficiency and constant communication with us. Absolutely fantastic!! Not only did this company sell my Fathers property, they also acted as liaison for the complete probate process and dealt with the probate solicitors too (which they didn’t have to do) whilst keeping me informed every step of the way. The whole process from point of placing the property on sale to the final completion date went so smooth and effortless.
