They manage the property above my house and they are useless. Their tenants are constantly littering in my garden and they refuse to get involved. The small 1 bed flat is occupied by many adults and children. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Thankfully I'm not a tenant but I am unfortunate enough to be living beneath some of there tennants. I've had multiple water leaks come through to my property which has caused considerable damage. After many promises to have it repaired they have failed at every attempt. A request for the insurance details they fobbed me off with saying that if I get a price for works they will pay. But after so many let downs I fear the leaks and excuses will continue and I'll be back to square one. They've also completely ignored the overcrowding in the said property which has multiple adults and children. If only the landlord knew what was going on in his property he'd be shocked. Shame I had to give even one star but that had to be given to review. Pity no -5... Read more

I came to your office to rent a studio on 24/02/2022 and met Mr. Can. There was a studio a few blocks away from your office and we viewed it. I came back to ofis in the evening and demanded that I want to keep the studio and Mr. Can asked me £200 extra for deposit and rent, excluding rent. He said he would authenticate me and my guarantor as a reason. I did not accept and I asked other real estate offices to confirm this and others learned that there is no extra charge for such a transaction. He said I had to pay an extra 200 pounds excluding deposit and rent. I asked what you wanted extra for. He wanted to make illegal profits from me by saying that he would verify my identity information and do a credit check. I have great distrust of this company because they asked for illegal money. One of Easy Property's clients has encroached my mother's property boundary, my mother being an 85 year old widow. John, the agent that initially represented the landlord, was both insensitive to the impact this had on my mother and seemed oblivious to the legal implications of the encroachment. Fortunately this issue was taken over by Kadir Tipi, who has since handled matters with consummate professionalism and integrity . I'm now hopeful of an amicable resolution to a straightforward boundary encroachment issue. I don't know if the landlord in question appreciates the fact that Kadir has saved him time, money and reputational damage - but he should. A potential County Court Judgement is hardly a badge of honour. But I know my mother appreciates the fact that this matter will be resolved swiftly, fairly and without the need to go through the small claims court. If more property management companies took Kadir's approach, both the small claims courts and First-Tier Tribunal staff would have a lot more free time on their hands.... Read more

they don't even warrant one star, awful...dragged their heals for months on an exchange date, then suddenly started issuing threats apparently from the seller, these were not true. If you have to buy through them get yourselves a very good and patient solicitor to deal with everything.... Read more

When it comes to repairs they are un reliable they breech your tenancy agreement all in the name of profit. They never commincate between the landlords and the tenant and do not do repairs. They also have BAD customer service they never contact you back you can send email after email however that isn't the case they apologise and still remain at a level which is very poor at easyProperty. Please be assured that this is the level of service that easyProperty pride themselves on. The Customer Service Manager is aware and still nothing has changed and an apology isn't accepted due to the facts that have been given and they are fully aware. I do not recommend anyone to sign up or look for properties at this agency they have a bad reputation most the bad reviews are the truth and very similar by the level of service they offer wither its selling or buying a property or renting . I will provide some images on a link from the state of properties provided which you can see for yourself. There response is to say I am not on their data bases to cover themselves.... Read more
