With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. I marketed my house with Ginger after hearing great things about the team locally on social media and by word of mouth. The sign up process was easy and the brochure and particularly the photos were excellent. As a result the house sold on the second viewing after a few days. Brilliant support from Harvey liaising with ( difficult at times) solicitors took a lot of stress away. Unfortunately when my buyers pulled out last minute leaving me high and dry Ginger stepped straight back in, re-marketed the house and I had two offers after two days. Again Harvey ensured a smooth completion and handover in double quick time. Without doubt I would recommend Ginger Estates to anyone selling locally.
