Jack has been very helpful with our move answering all our questions and being very professional. We had an issue and reported it through the website Logan very promptly have called us and solved it straight away thank you for making our move easier! Leaders in Kenilworth were truly awful at managing my property. They seemed to give up checking on the house from the start of Covid onwards letting me and the tenants down badly. A comedy of errors and I’m still owed money for paying for new locks after Leaders lost the keys.
One star too many!

Worst Agency to deal with when you are a tenant...Reported issue over a leaking over 6 months ago and it's gotten to a point where the maintenance person does not even respond to emails when following up. Very Incompetent and inconsiderate

Natasha at Kenilworth Leaders has been wonderful, really helpful and so organised with our process through obtaining a lease for an apartment we wanted to rent.
She was so patient and helped along every step, keeping us well informed of the process and also helping make things easier for us in regards to the referencing etc.
Leaders should be very proud to have such a wonderful member of staff on hand.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Natasha needs a pay rise!! And I’m not just saying that as we have rented from many agencies and the unprofessionalism we have experienced has been concerning. So refreshing to see that there are good people still available in the sector.
