Jess came out to value our property and had clearly put a lot of time and effort into her presentation. She had not only looked into sales of other properties in the area but also taken into consideration the uniqueness of ours. Thoroughly professional whilst being empathetic with my elderly parents.

We rent a house from Leaders Kenilworth since August 2022. The maintenance teams did not answer to maintenance requests. We have had many problems since we moved into the house and the Leaders fails to response to almost all of our requests. We have to report our problems to the Warwick council to get the Leaders to response to our maintenance requests. AVOID this agent if you can.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTATE AGENT. I have had so many problems with them, from handing tenants the wrong keys then turning to charge landlord to replace lock instead of admitting they lost the keys, to what is so surreal, lending your property to drug dealers growing weed. It is just unbelievable, avoid at all cost don’t be fooled by their sweet talks.

The perfect experience of buying my house through Leaders Kenilworth.
Jessica Lye worked with us was absolutely excellent and it couldn't have gone any better.
The whole process was very smooth and efficient. The searcher and solicitor introduced by Leaders were also brilliant.
In conclusion, the group was professional, and I highly recommended to buyers.

Would avoid if can be helped. Poor communication from the start, was lied to by an agent when told the a property was available when really it wasn't and that we were the only ones able to apply. Still not sure why we weren't just told the truth in the first place. This caused us to miss out on other properties.
However the lettings manager, Joe, was helpful in communicating the issue and in trying to resolve the issue so perhaps ask for him.

Never wrote a review before but my experience with this estate agent was horrendous. Awful communication promising multiple times they would call back first thing in the morning to receive no communication. Constant lies and awful customer service. Good luck if you try and talk to these people.

My partner and I were left in a horrible situation when our landlords decided to sell our rented property with very little notice. We booked multiple viewings and Amaya Olbort showed us around the places. She was incredibly lovely, helpful and informative. When we decided to apply for a place, we learned there were a lot of other applications which was really stressful given our time constraints and deadline for moving out of our place.
Amaya went out of her way to keep us informed, even updating us when she'd left the office and letting us know exactly what was happening. Thankfully we got the place and Amaya helped it all go smoothly.We even got a goody bag when picking up the keys including chocolates and stuff we could use in the new place!
Shoutout to Lauren Rutherford there also who also kept us updated and was very friendly.

Steph at Kenilworth was fantastic at helping me to let my property. I would highly recommend Leaders as they are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. This is the best experience I have had from an estate agent.

Logan was the most helpful property manager that I’ve had. We had a really bad time throughout the tenancy and we’re worried that our deposit would be withheld despite us being horribly mistreated. Logan listened to us, understood our issues and was amazing in doing the right thing with fantastic customer service
