When we were considering selling our house, we approached all the established estate agents in the area. We were informed of a new agency and felt we should investigate further. It was clear from the outset that EB & P were an exceptional team. Esther Broomall and her colleague Lucy previously worked with John Shepherd before his retirement, and have therefore gained great experience of the industry and the local market in Solihull and Warwickshire. They are exceptionally personable, highly professional and have prominent Rightmove presence. In making our decision, we put ourselves in the buyers shoes as to who we would like to deal with and it was clear that EB & P were streets ahead (no pun intended!).
