Very friendly and professional, but once we got an offer in and accepted , communication died and progress was slow. We had to chase for almost all updates, often weeks with no communication at all. Our intended quick sale has become 4 months of chasing.

We had been looking at various properties and dealing with a number of different agents over the space of a couple of months and received terrible service and responses throughout. We were close to giving up after being let down several times.
Then the lettings team from Atkinson Stilgoe contacted us and gave us a completely different opinion on agents.
From the first call from Sharon, they were 100% on the ball and were keen to work at a similar pace to what we were hoping for.
Matthew took over from there and we were viewing the property within an hour of first contact.
From that point it took a mere 2 days to get contracts and all other required paperwork done and complete! (Something that had taken other agents 2 weeks to manage)
Emily was also prompt and professional and nothing seemed to much effort to these guys.

We would like to thank all of you for making this happen and at the pace you did.

Me and my partner were both first time buyers and had no idea how to go about buying a house. We were recommended Atkinson Stilgoe and got introduced to Leanne.

Leanne was incredible. She talked us through the whole buying process, and helped us every step of the way! Each meeting with her was enjoyable, and given that I am a complicated customer, (I'm half self employed/ half employed), Leanne found us the best mortgage with complete ease.

Connells allowed an unregistered surveyor evaluate our house and make up several false issues. One small one was "peeling wall paper downstairs" we don't have any wallpaper in the downstairs of our house. They allowed an offer to be put on our house with the promise of funds the buyer did now have. Very disappointed, would recommed literally anyone over connells. We were warned against them but we had already put our house on the market with them unfortunately. Luckily we pulled out and were able to escape. There was one lovely lady who worked there unfortunately she left.

Absolutely top draw service. Have used Connells in Yeovil for a number of years to rent out a flat and now sell it. They always found reliable tenants and I never had any periods of it being empty. Great advice about strategies to get viewings for a property sale. They are prompt to deal with solicitors enquiries and chase things up for you. Highly recommend and will certainly use again. These people know what they're doing.

Currently at a critical point of selling my house through connells Kettering, we were due to exchange today only to be told that the person dealing with my sale is no longer with connells. Every time I call either no one answers the phone or you get a girl in lettings that just she doesn't do that and I will get someone to give you a call back, but no surprise they never do. From the very beginning it has been a nightmare, they forgot my viewing and didnt turn up so I showed the lady round who put the offer in on my house and since then there must have been six people deal with my house sale, when I eventually get through. Ive been left feeling very uneasy as we are so close and there seems to be no one in the business that knows whats going on and have no support to chase down the chain! Avoid at all costs!

I would just like to thank Mark, and his team for a great customer experience, from Day 1 Mark understood our full needs and requirements and went beyond his job before and after lockdown to ensure we had all the information and advice we needed.
The house sale was very slick and follow ups also, communication at times with Connells Solicitors in Wales became very frustrating due to staff on furlough but again Mark and James worked on their behalf to find out what was going on. This channel on communication from Solicitors is the only critic from us but this has nothing to do with the Connells team.
Mortgage and Insurance advice through Martyn was first class and he also worked hard for us to meet deadline that has been placed on us all in regards to the CV-19 pandemic.
I have already recommended their services to family and friends and will continue to do so.
