Completely rude and unprofessional. Didn't seem to care during conversation or negotiations. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.

Me and my brother were interested in a commercial property to open a cafe or tea room business. Without even mentioning our plan and simply looking at my brother's name, Leon informed us the property is not available for an Indian takeaway.
Highly inappropriate. Do not recommend.

Requested a viewing for a property and without telling them my plan or intentions, I was told "the landlord does not want an Indian takeaway/restaurant" purely by looking at my name. This is very unprofessional and highly offensive.
