I cannot recommend Tomasz Krupa from Gordon Blair highly enough. From the very beginning, Tomasz was fully committed to our case and demonstrated exceptional dedication throughout the entire mortgage process.
Our situation was not straightforward, and several other brokers were unwilling to take it on. However, Tomasz did not give up. He went above and beyond to find a non-standard mortgage solution that ultimately made it possible for us to secure our home.

We cannot thank Tomasz Krupa enough for everything he has done for us during our first home-buying journey. From the very first conversation he was incredibly professional, kind and genuinely cared about our situation.

I would like to encourage everyone who is looking to remortgage and wants to seek the best approach to contact Gordon Blair. Myself and my wife ventured into their office located in Norbury and was greeted by Poonam. We conveyed our intentions of remortgaging and what we would like to do in terms of future plans and investments. Poonam had the strenuous task of explaining and making us understand what would be our best options and what would actually be feasible. Not only was this a wake up call but an actually reality into life itself and the cost implications around certain decisions. David went above and beyond in helping us get our mortgage secured in timely fashion during the peak of Covid disruption, and more recently Jonathan has been very patient in answering all my questions and helping us come up with a combination of life/income policies that protects our family for a reasonable cost. We used Gordon Blair recently to get a mortgage for our first house. Our advisor was David who was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the process and handled everything seamlessly as well answering the many, many queries we had as first time buyers. Our sale/ purchase was a long process and David was patient and secured us a second mortgage offer (at a better rate) after our first one expired. There was also no fee for us to pay to them for the service which of course was an added bonus. When our fixed term period ends I will certainly be using Gordon Blair again to secure our next mortgage.

Wow, where do I start!
The Mortgage advisor that was handling my case was called Vincent. Vincent was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the sale and made the entire process positive and makes you feel in safe hands. (I was purchasing a house). I first spoke to him around a year before I actually brought my house, I had started looking for advice and just information in general about mortgages and buying a house because I didn't have a clue. I spent about an hour on the phone to Vince where he just walked me through the entire process of buying a house, what to do, what order to do it etc. He then let me know when I start the process or find a house to let him know and he'll start the process with me.
When I finally found my house, Vincent let me know the next steps straight away, it was all very simple and straight forward with Vince! We applied for my mortgage and everything was approved pretty quickly as Vince made sure I had all the information they'd need and we spoke before hand about financials. Vince also is super proactive, he doesn't wait for problems or questions to arise, he's totally on the ball!
Then onwards as always there were some set backs (due to the sellers and solicitors), but Vince was always on-top of everything, chasing when he needed to, giving advice through out the entire process and would always try and lift spirits when it got really tough!
Lastly, the mortgage rate I ended up with wasn't the best due to covid, however as soon as the sale went through, Vince emailed me straight away reassuring me, he'd be reaching out close to the time of my fixed rate ending to look into other mortgages if need be.
Overall I couldn't of asked for a better mortgage advisor when buying my first home. If you're getting your first I highly recommend Vince, he was a dream to work with, I will be forever thankful!
