I have always received superb customer service from Mrs Magda Makiela. She's professional, very knowledgeable, flexible in her approach, patient, trustworthy and keen to find you multiple options for better decision making. Whether renewals or a new mortgage, the process itself was efficient and smooth on the admin side too. Would highly recommend.

Jonathan Martin was excellent when we bought our Right to Buy house. As a first-time Right to Buy buyer, although our situation was complicated, Jonathan's professionalism and friendliness made us feel comfortable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the mortgage application process and made it easy for us. He did everything he could to ensure we were happy and understood everything during home-buying. Plus, their pricing was unbeatable compared to other quotes we got.

Kamal and Izabela made the process so easy for me and my other half, I informed them we had our offer accepted on a house and we needed to get it over the line promptly. Being our first house it was all new to us so Izabela quickly told us what she needed from us, we got it over and she was straight on to it.

David Fairclough was my advisor, he was amazing throughout offering advice and guidance. Always replied quickly to any concerns I had, and was always available to help when needed.Could not recommend him enough, definitely would not have been able to get through this process without him!.
