The lack of transparency and the disproportionate charges have significantly marred my experience as a tenant and reflect poorly on the integrity of the agency. I highly recommend that you DO NOT rent from these alleged agents! They're some of the most incompetent and unprofessional people you will come across. Very bad costumer service, totally unprofessional, had numerous issues with the house and they never sent a real plumber or electrician but just friends of the landlord that were not capable to fix the issues properly. There was a leakage in the kitchen for 2 yrs since I moved in and was never actually fixed. No hot water/heating many times across 2 yrs and again very slow in sorting the issue. No health and safety at all. Awful communication, you have to chase multiple times before getting a reply and most times they are not honest. Rude agent as well. No manners and never an apology for all the issues we had. I was stuck there for almost 2 years just because of Covid, I would definitely not recommend. AVOID. Also I had to chase for my deposit back after I already gave all the information and bank account details. WORST agency I had to deal with.... Read more

If i could give less than 1 star i would. The worst service I have ever experienced from an estate agency. They are very unprofessional, give false information, have extremely bad communication and are just outright bullies. They have fed me multiple lies through email and every time i address the lies with receipts, they fail to give an honest answer. Even ignored the landlord when he tried to ask what is going on. All i wanted to do was move rooms in the current house i live in, filled in the form they gave me and paid the holding fee. However they said they have given it to someone else behind my back! Even though I am already in the property and told them i wanted it a week before they put it on the market as well as being with the estate agent when they sent me the reservation form (meaning it was available). They have even told me that the person hasnt even sent them back the application yet (a whole week later) even though i did. They also lied and said the person came to view the property before me, which is a lie because they send us an email with 24hrs notice each time there is a viewing in the house. Avoid at all costs if you are a tenant or a landlord!! Save yourself the stress of having to deal with people who try and lie to cover their tracks and landlords should save themselves from having a long term tenant who is now unhappy and wants to leave due to the treatment from this agency.... Due to COVID-19, was only with Greens Lettings for less than a year, but it has been a thoroughly great experience with them. When I couldn't travel down to collect my belongings, we arranged the cleaner to box up everything for my friend to collect on my behalf. Friendly, responsive and great understanding of circumstances. Quick communication with them throughout. Great price for the room too. Would highly recommend renting with them in the future....
