My name is Spencer Humble the Partner at our Plumstead office. Innitially, I did not know the area that I brought in(Plumstead, the agent took into account my detailed requirements and arranged a day of viewings, i was genuinely surprised at how every single property was appropriate. He also gave professional suggestions on how I could improve things to suit my needs. Michelle and Tammy and the team were great to work with. As a first time buyer, buying during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was worried about completion. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been brilliant in handling hiccups very promptly. The welcome box was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Unlike another large chain estate agency in North West Kent and Medway the staff at RM&J have been courteous, respectful and pleasant to look at houses with. They communicate well, listen to your needs, listen to your thoughts and NEVER pressure you - the seller is the client but unlike the other company they understand and appreciate that without the potential buyers the process would not happen, and the buyers are treated with as much respect. I would like to particularly thank Nancey, she has a lovely manner and has a very professional attitude to her work. I would also like to thank Sarah and Tammy, this efficient team are working on Sundays too, which helps you have a seamless service.

Just sold our family home with these guys and there service is fantastic. From start to finish we was kept up to date and looked after from start to finish. Nothing was ever to much trouble. The staff are all amazing and so very helpful and do all they can to ensure your sale goes through quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. Wouldn't use anyone else.
