I have to concur with the previous reviewer with regards to Mark. My partner and I were buying our first house through David Evans and having problems with a less than attentive mortgage broker. Mark was very patient, helpful and understanding. We will definitely want to deal with him again if/when we come to sell.

David Evans just handled our flat purchase brilliantly. It can't have been an easy experience, but throughout it all, Mark at David Evans remained calm, helpful and professional. He listened to problems. He gently cajoled everyone to act as sensibly as possible. He advised about builders and windows and what sort of floor to go for. He even advised about another transaction we were working on. He was intelligent, patient, honest, good-humoured, and - ultimately - a bit of a gentleman. I couldn't recommend them enough.

David and his team have been a pleasure to deal with, they helped us through the stressful process of buying and selling. They know the Eltham market very well having worked in the area for decades. David Evans in Eltham sold a house for me in April 2015 (the sale completed in August). Their marketing advice was bang on the money, and the office staff were extremely polite and efficient. I never had to wait long for the phone to be answered, and they were exemplary in coordinating buyers, tenants and lawyers and keeping everybody informed.
