David Evans sold my house a few months ago. From the outset, both Mark and Anne-Marie were friendly, helpful, honest and upfront about the various stages of the process and were both always available to go through the various hurdles/issues that are common with buying and selling a house. I have to concur with the previous reviewer with regards to Mark. My partner and I were buying our first house through David Evans and having problems with a less than attentive mortgage broker. Mark was very patient, helpful and understanding. We will definitely want to deal with him again if/when we come to sell.

David Evans in Eltham sold a house for me in April 2015 (the sale completed in August). Their marketing advice was bang on the money, and the office staff were extremely polite and efficient. I never had to wait long for the phone to be answered, and they were exemplary in coordinating buyers, tenants and lawyers and keeping everybody informed.
