Avoid Goodwin Ellis at all costs, they are modern day crooks, unprofessional and dangerous to do business with - do not waste your time. I was a tenant living on my own in a one bed for 6 months, my advice for anyone currently renting or thinking of renting through Goodwin Ellis: Make sure you have a transparent inventory, make sure it is signed off by them, take photos of everything, date everything. They will bring whatever they can find back on you when you leave, do not trust their word, cover your back. When you leave make sure you get a signed and dated check out. I moved out in December and i'm still waiting for my deposit back, Goodwin Ellis you have been deceitful and your dishonesty put me in debt and effected my health. I cannot stress enough how traumatic this has all been.... Read more
