AVOID! Both staff and management is rude beyond belief, 0 customer service and very unhelpful. Once they were called "Harrison Ingram", I don't know why they changed name, but I won't be surprised if they were in some big trouble. Despite the name change the unethical attitude hasn't changed at all, not sure how they can still trade. Awful experience, TO AVOID!

They are extremely rude on the phone. They hire people who probably have 0 customer service experience at all and have no idea how to talk to customers. They are unhelpful and clueless about their own policies. Agents are also the same, rude once the viewings are over.

They also used to go by the name of "Harrison Ingram" - check out the old reviews. They were in legal trouble and changed their name to try and get rid of their terrible reputation.
