I had very good experience with Hi-Residential for the whole process of my purchase, good communication with Ben and he is very helpful.

Worst experience ever!! They are liars, put the tenants in problems by lying to the landlord. Soon to start court proceedings against this bullshit company!!!!

With regards to our negative review, I would like to say that we have checked our whole management portfolio and can not find anyone of this name. We manage 100's of properties and are very particular on the condition off properties we rent and if there was any infestation we would instruct a specialist company to sort. With regards to Mr Langley review, you are right we do have a Mr Palmer that works with Simon, but i'm sure there's more than 1 Palmer in the UK.

The last review is clearly a fake review..isn't one of the senior negotiators called Palmer ??? Would definately not rate this company as 5 stars !!
