Wouldn’t recommend using these guys, as they are scammers. Have a pregnant woman ready to drop, and cleaned a property to my best ability. Cost me money to try get it cleaned right and they still try to take my money of my deposit. They persuaded the landlords to ask for some of the deposit as they get commission from it. They will denied this but when I asked a guy that worked there. He said that’s how they get there money as well. So now me and my pregnant girlfriend is struggling to live and feed are selfs because we had to rebuild a deposit to move. They are selfish and don’t do nothing to help. Unless it gives them money. Stay clear, there’s better estate agents out there that try help you keep your deposit.

Robbie was great from first contact. He explained all tenancy details, showed the property.
Mostly my decision to accept this offer was based after the conversation with Robbie and seeing the property.
It's worth to mention Lucy who coordinated the admin part of the contract, which made the whole process flawless.

Robbie was brilliant from start to finish. He was quick to respond, very approachable, and took the time to make sure everything was clear for us. Gates Parish (part of Griffin Group), were very good. They provided a realistic valuation, marketed the property well and achieved a very quick sale. Due to their long history in the area, they have a very good knowledge of the locL market
