There isn't a 10 star option so 5 will do.
Don't really know where to start as it was that long of a transition from house sell to completion due to solicitors.
But Lisa at Grow Property Wrexham,
Amazing, amazing, amazing from start to finish.
Lisa was involved in the sale and purchase of our new property.
Her outstanding professionalism, kindness, respect and valiant efforts throughout made the whole process as stress free as possible.
From listing, to sale and purchase, information was always given promptly.
I actually feel bad for the amount of work that was left on her plate during this transition of 2 properties and 3 parties of people, and 2 groups of lacking solicitors, but Lisa always conducted herself with an amazing attitude, completely professional and damn hard working ethic to keep everyone informed of everything no matter if she was in work, on holiday or the weekends, really really surprised us at times and most times I had to remind her that she was off work or on holiday and to enjoy it and let us leave her alone ????
What I will say if Grow Property Management, Wrexham, see this is that Lisa is a prized asset to the great team and should be cherished because she's absolutely amazing and deserves a bonus and payrise!!
Cannot thank her enough.

We have been renting through Grow (formally Nicola Jane) for over 3 years and have recently ended our tenancy to get on the property ladder.
During the whole time we rented we never experienced any issues and staff were always helpful if we needed anything - including arranging any repairs quickly.
There wasn't excessive communication during the tenancy either just the yearly inspection.
Check out was smoothe and easy and deposit was back in days.

My house sold quickly and then sold quickly again when the first buyer pulled out. A very rapid completion was then facilitated by Lisa and the whole thing proceeded very pleasantly, which has not always been my experience! It was a horribly hard thing to do, selling my home of over 24 years, and Lisa was both capable and compassionate, which really helped. Highly recommend this estate agency - it was smooth sailing all the way for both me and the purchasers and that gave me the chance to say farewell to my home on a very positive note.

Grow Property are the best estate agent in Wrexham. All the staff are professional, friendly, helpful and totally on the ball so your house purchase or sale goes through smoothly. Me and my mrs had a viewing for a property on prices lane and baring in mind the same day all references were cleared pretty much straight away and we was ‘waiting’ for another reference and application to clear and to be honest they weren’t very transparent with any information never kept us up to date and my mrs received a rude phone call telling her that we didn’t get it...rude people rude company and because me and Fiancé haven’t got kids because it’s a 2 bedroom house doesn’t mean we don’t want kids and I really feel that is the main reason that they chose the other people which i think is ageist very bad service....DO NOT RECOMMEND grow property to any of your friends

Terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Refused to fix multiple structural issues in the property and the place smelled like a corpse. Holes in the walls, bathtub, rats at one point (all above a restaurant too) They were reported to the council and environmental health who told me they had multiple cases reported involving Grow Property.
Grow continually lie and their customer service is awful. They do not care about their properties or tenants. I had to be hospitalized due to breathing whatever the smell in the property was. Since moving away my symptoms have improved greatly but I'm now on an inhaler. AVOID!!!

Unprofessional company, stay away. They lie and will steal from you any chance they get. They refused to do repairs on a rental for years and the house fell into disrepair. I had to take action against Grow Property to hopefully get repaires done, to this day repairs still have not been done. Had to go through Environmental Department and solicitors. The company is a joke and only care about money. I no longer live at the rental that fell in disrepair (thankgod) but it damaged my childrens health plus my own health as well and we now all suffer long term damage. Grow Property did not care and constantly lied to me and made up stories why nothing was getting done and will ignore any contact from you. Unfortunately Grow Property will most likely cover up the disrepair and rent the house out again so a new family will suffer like we did. They keep very bad records and certain records that show wrong doing on their part magicly disappear and they say they don't have any records from a certain date to hide stuff . If Grow Property treated us like this they have to have treated others the same way. STAY AWAY.

Absolute lack of communication, took ages to send application form to me, then when I sent it off they STILL haven't responded about it, despite numerous calls and an email to one specific staff member, who I won't name. Twenty minutes late to a viewing, not responding to emails, and leaving people hanging. Maybe if they see this I'll get a response

Communication and Customer Service absolutely shocking!
Tried to arrange a viewing for a rental property. Heard back from them same day asking several questions, so sent an email back answering them as requested and a week later still not heard back from them!!!!
Given up and in future will totally avoid!

Awful letting agent. They knew the neighbours were a problem and still let me rent from them. I had 6 months of constant bullying and was forced to move out after contacting the police. When I handed in my notice I requested my admin fee back, I didn’t even get a response. I had better communication with the owner about forwarding on my post once I’d moved out. I’d asked if I could collect it from the office and they said they had nothing even though the owner had dropped the post off!

All the staffs is welcome and politely. No one thinks about I'm Asia and don't need to be welcomed but They are so nice and take care of me like they family. Really poor experience. When they were getting money off us they couldnt be more helpful (at the beginning of the renting process). I asked them repeatedly not to phone me while i was at work, but to email me instead as i could respond - this was constantly ignored. They cary out a review of the house at approximately 8 weeks after moving in, but they insisted on visiting us after 3 weeks, so we hadnt fully finished moving in. They complained that we hadnt bought a lawn mower, because the garden was over grown....but the garden was over grown from when we moved in 3 weeks previously, because it hadnt been looked after.
When it came to moving out, we were pressured to move out sooner than our month's notice for the convenience of the new tenants. When we moved out, they enjoyed creating lots of excuses to deplete our deposit (classic) and used jargon to bully us. Above all, they repeatedly called my partner by the wrong name, and considering how much paper work we had signed, you would think they could have got this right.
All in all, DO NOT USE, they are awful.

I would not recommend anyone going with this estate agents at all, absolutely shocking and unprofessional, I have used 3 estate agents now and grow property are the worse company by far. Management and staff are unprofessional and have no care for customers at all. If zero star was a option I would leave zero!

Worst estate agents ever. Not got a clue what they are doing. No customer service skills. Didn't do an infantry when I first moved in. Didn't do a check in 5 years then on the moving out day I was told to just post the keys. I had to do my own readings of meaters they didn't even do a final check before I moved out.
