Really helpful in getting us somewhere, they actually cared about us and making sure we had a chance at getting the right place. As a landlord we have tried to communicate with haart our agents for two weeks. No response from emails or ring us back when we eventually contacted them by phone and asked for a call back. Bit lost where to go from here probably find a different company to deal with as I feel their customer service is atrocious.... Read more

Haart in Guildford has been absolutely fantastic during my time of crisis, all thanks to Nikki. Recently had our Carbon Monoxide alarm set off and this was immediately cared for by Nikki, making sure we were safe and had an engineer round ASAP to fix the issue.
