You deal with me and me only from start to finish - I handle all viewings, feedback, conversations and negotiations from the day of valuation to the day of completion. I limit the number of properties I take on at any time to ensure a truly personal service for my clients. I have worked in Guildford since 1999 as an estate agent.

Mark Collins is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He knows the local Guildford market inside out and has a great network of contacts, which we made use of not only for our sale, but our local purchase too.
Our process ended up taking a little longer than anticipated due to a Land Registry query, but he reassured both us and our buyers and provided the vital link between us all, giving us confidence that it would all come good in the end. Which it did last Thursday!
He brought a completely different energy to the other agencies that we approached - and having been asked today by an old neighbour weighing up options for their sale, my response was that they should not even hesitate and list with Mark Collins.

As novices in house-selling we certainly made the right choice in appointing Mark. We benefitted immensely from his outstanding personal service.
Local knowledge, genuine interest, and attention to detail.
Excellent marketing through use of Instagram and range of on-line resources. Our property was quickly available to view.
Property went on the market at a tricky time ‘interest rate-wise’ but Mark’s intuition and expertise saw us OK.
Quick to respond and communicate via WhatsApp, e-mail, phone or in person - always had time to talk through our thoughts or queries. And no need to worry if he was away as he has good back-up to assist him.
Wealth of experience with good recommendations to local legal, financial and trades.
With his calm and friendly manner and professional approach, he certainly succeeded in taking the stress out of the process for us.

This is why you choose an Independent Estate Agency….the incredible personalised service! Mark was able to navigate a difficult sale with my parents house. My father was in poor health and wasn’t able to provide much assistance. To a large Estate Agent, he would have just been a number but with Mark, he was an elderly man that required great care and attention. Mark went beyond expectations so many times I can’t list them all but we are all incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism he provided to my family and me.
