Good overall however there was one thing I asked them to do, that was actually the most important thing to me, which didn’t happen consistently. I moved house, 200+ miles away, 3 months before my sale completed and I was concerned leaving the property empty. Seymours Burpham agreed, in writing, that they’d go in once a week to check the property. To be fair they did this regularly initially, altho not always on the agreed day, right up until I exchanged contracts which was about 5 weeks prior to completing. Every single one of those weeks after exchange I had to chase them to ask them to go in and check and I felt like once I’d completed and they essentially had their fee in the bag, they forgot all about me. I therefore can’t recommend them and have scored them low because of this one thing.... Read more
