I had a very horrible experience with this estate agent. From the outset, there were existing damages in the property that were never disclosed, and when I raised these issues, I was met with excuses and contradictions instead of honesty and dealings with the seller. It quickly became clear that important details had been left out or misrepresented, and I felt misled throughout the process and have been left with tones of debt as a result. To say how hard it is for first time buyers in this day and age I am absolutely disgusted that agencies like this have absolutely no support and honesty to the buyer.
Communication was dreadful and battered between two companies (each more clueless than the other), and rather than taking responsibility or helping to resolve the problems whilst within time frame, the agent tried to shift the blame by means of getting the sale over the line. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to ANYONE looking for a straightforward, trustworthy service.
DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT, agents like these will tell you whatever you want to hear but they just lie

Even though we didn't find our home it was such a pleasant experience. From the moment I inquired to view the property, the quick call to check on our needs to the viewing day! Jamie is such a professional agent who makes you feel comfortable and heard! Which I think is very important for these type of transactions!! Will for sure keep in touch with him and check with Haart to find our forever home.

They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
