I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.... Don't waste your time. Rented a property with them as a student and it was the worse experience. Problem after problem throughout the whole tenancy. There are better companies in Sheffield to rent from.... Read more

I am giving a generous 2 stars because one of the staff that eventually called back was a very nice, friendly chap. Timothy, i think, was his name ! The Sheffield branch was a nightmare to get in touch with. The call kept going to head office. A whole week, I tried to get information on a property that was up for rent. Sorry, but not my way of dealing with potential customers. I realise they might have been busy, but no replies to either a number of phone calls or emails do not look good.
