We were lucky enough to be dealing with Emilie Antoine at this branch. The first flat she showed me wasn't right, but she really listened to what we were looking for and came back with a different flat that I loved (but sadly my husband didn't). Undaunted, she found us another flat that was outside her immediate area and it was perfect! She has been a total joy to deal with from beginning to end - attentive, proactive, calm, considered, thoughtful, totally professional and helpful with no hint of pushiness and I only wish all estate agents were as good as her!
