My experience overall was positive, Ines was great - following up each week & helped me find a beautiful flat in my desired location which I totally love.
I was however very disappointed that Knight Frank advertised the property in question with images of a garden that I have no access to.
I was also told I couldn't make an offer as the trust who own the property wouldn't accept anything lower than the advertised price, only to be told after moving in by the landlord that wasn't the case. Knight Frank did the job - but questionable sales tactics.

She was thoughtful, intelligent, responsive and always showed us properties of the highest quality. We ended up purchasing a flat in Notting Hill, which was outside her remit but our only regret is that the sale was not through her. If this sounds gushy, it isn't meant to be. Alex Furno confirmed my viewing appointment verbally and by e-mail. It was a viewing of a Studio/1 bed flat. 15mn before the viewing (I was already at the location knowing that I had to leave work and cancel appointments), he calls me to cancel the viewing because it turned up it was a sharing flat and was under offer from yesterday. When I said why did you book the viewing then if it’s not firstly what I am looking for and secondly if its under offer before I even called to book a viewing. He answered that his colleague deals with this property more and that he wasn’t aware of it. So unprofessional ! Maybe communicate between each other and stop wasting people’s time.

We moved to KF after a bad experience with another local agent (who shall be nameless!) and have had a rather better experience with KF resulting ultimately in getting the job done i.e. flat sold, and in a difficult market! One particular problem with previous agent was complete lack of communication however Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie responded quickly to all my communication - you absolutely need that when selling even for the odd bit of hand holding and encouragement when things aren't going as smoothly as planned! I'm a stickler for good reporting and that aspect was excellent too, I knew about each viewing and the reaction of the viewer. Roly also nursed the sale through somewhat tardy lawyers keeping them on toes until exchange achieved. So all in all a very good experience with KF and a good result which is what matters after all! I might add that the sale took 9 months and KF were on the case throughout, there was no tailing off of effort to make the sale on their part at all.

Knight Frank Chelsea were employed by me, executor of the deceased owner, to sell a very old unmodernised house in Chelsea. Their marketing strategy was exactly right, in my view. They organised over 100 viewings and reported on each. I found them to be nice people to deal with, most attentive, careful and professional. Completion took place at the end of March. I would certainly use them again, if the need arose.

We asked KFR to let a house for us in Limerston St. It went better than we could have possibly hoped. Calm, collected, organised, professional and highly competent is the way I would describe Abbie. Nothing was too much trouble and when a firm recommended by them didn't deliver what was agreed,Abbie sorted the problem rather than passing the buck to me. I suspect she did far more than she was supposed to (but I paid in chocolate cake!). Will use again without hesitation.
