Terrific experience of selling through Hamptons Fulham - the Team, and in particular Josh, was communicative at all times, gave sound advice, acted professionally throughout and took the stress out of what is usually a highly stressful process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

My recent experience of Hamptons Fulham was as a purchaser, so obviously Hamptons were representing the interests of the seller first and foremost. That said, they were incredibly helpful to me, going above and beyond to support my requirements including multiple viewings of the property myself, as well as enabling me to bring in tradespeople to quote for work I wanted done on the property. For a number of reasons, the purchase was fraught with some potential issues, but Josh Corrigan at Hamptons Fulham helped myself and the buyer navigate these issues as smoothly as possible. When I become a seller of the property, I will certainly reach out to Hamptons Fulham as they were so helpful to me as a buyer and I've no doubt they significantly increased the chances of my purchase being successful. Highly recommended.

Ross, Robert and Josh at Hamptons are all very professional and easy to work with. Josh was a great help in navigating the selling process and was always available to talk. The team is seasoned, caring and personable, strongly recommend.

I'm disgusted. We reported mould coming through the walls months ago and they've sent out two "surveyors" to look at the house. They both did the exact same thing. One report never came to light and the second guy came to do the exact same job, only to tell us to "wait for rain and see if your gutter is overflowing." I'm sorry but I have black mould growing inside a bedroom, inside the wardrobes and on the furniture. I have orange pus like substance leaking from my walls and wallpaper falling off the polystyrene layer you've put underneath.
Everyone in this house has suffered health problems and ridiculous charges for gas and electric to attempt to heat this sodden cave house up throughout winter. When I spoke to you the first time, I was told "move your furniture away from the walls and put everything central in your room." Yes, I'll live in an obstacle course thanks very much.
The second time, you were waiting for the landlord to get back to us about a damp proofing that's obviously not worked.
Do you not care about your tenant's health or wellbeing because right now we're being charged a stupid amount to live in something a squatter would turn their nose up at. The fact I'm having to email environmental health to ask them to come and help us is ridiculous and you should be ashamed at allowing your office to let this continue.
