It's owned and run by trustworthy and serious people, Mark and Elliot, and they have a good team in place to organise both the rental, done by Serena and and Kirsty, and care aspects done by Claudia, to keep things running the way they need to be. It's a small but serious team and I can definitely recommend them.

We stayed at this property for a week in April and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was more than enough space for our family of four (two adults, two teens). It is an ideal location - the street itself is quiet, but very near bustling Kensington. Easy access to the tube. Adjacent to a walking/bicycle path along Holland Park. The place itself was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (allowing us to get by with just carry-on luggage). We wouldn't hesitate to book the unit again!

M2 Property Management have been looking after both the rental aspect of my property as well as the building management for over the last ten years, and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and effectiveness, as well as their warm friendly manner.
Throughout lockdown and Covid they continued to work so professionally, offering a full service whilst observing all restrictions, enabling me to have please of mind whilst so far away from my rental property.
M2 are currently overseeing and co-ordinating an extensive external maintenance and decoration project on the building and I have been informed and consulted on all aspects of work, with interim schedules, as appropriate.

We rented a 2 bedroom South Kensington flat through M2 Property agency. The staff were very professional in all aspects of their service: viewings, negotiating the rental agreement, preparing the property, providing essential maintenance during our stay, extending our stay, organising final cleaning and returning our deposit. The M2 staff were always attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

Our experience with the M2 property agency was absolutely amazing. Most of the agencies in London don’t even bother to help with short term lets whereas M2 property was not like that. As soon as we contacted the agency we found a great flat in a great area and the whole process was very smooth and simple.
Serena and Claudia were very kind, helpful and always available whenever we needed to ask something about the property.

From the day we contacted Kirsty at M2 property we had absolutely excellent service helping us find a flat and get moved in promptly. During the tenancy agreement M2 Property (Claudia) responded quickly to all management issues. The checkout process although not quite yet completed has been easy to negotiate. If we let property in the future ourselves we would use this company and the individuals mentioned without hesitation as they provide first class & responsive service for both landlord and tenant.

Very bad displeasure and experience in the earl's court apartment, Kensington.
Since we have settled, we realized that the landlord is never involved and caring about his tenants, the issue of dishwasher made us mad and hopeless after several repair attempts. We have been informed by many engineers that the kitchen in terms of piping is not very functional.
The shower is not well maintained and you need to wait at least 30 minutes every time to flush the toilet.
The fridge is not great and the cooker hood spreads the smell everywhere. All the doors let the wind pass through so very difficult to warm the apartment during winter.
Cherry on the top, the issue of the rubbish at the entrance of the building every Monday and Thursday. We could not live in a nice area and see the rubbish scattered on the stairs.
The apartment needs lot of maintenance...
M2 are not professional in terms of management, tenancy and deposit release...

I’ve been renting fom M2 Property for many years now and they have become my go-to rental agency.
They have an extremely professional and helpful staff who make an effort to understand your needs down to the budget. I've never been disappointed or felt shortchanged
They have always managed to find me something that meets my rather demanding standards on a limited budget. And often at very short notice. What I like about them is that they are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their clients.
Moreover, they don’t tie you up in complicated paperwork or trip you up with hidden costs. I strongly recommend M2 to anyone looking for a decent place to live in central London whether for short or longer stay.
Last but not the least, a huge cheer for Kirsty Jane Kanjee, the Lettings Manager, and her friendly colleagues who have always made sure that I have no excuse to complain.
They deserve each of the five stars I've given them.

I rented the property from april 2017 to october 2019 and the experience , all along the renting period has been excellent and i do recommend them.Good service, very professional, and trustworthy.
M2 property helped me thru with the different providers , has been very reactive everytime i contacted them and when some problems appeared , they sent contractors right away. The property was well kept.
Both at the entrance in the flat or when i left the property, everything has been made very professionally and i got the deposit back in less than one month. with full transparency .

M2 manage one of the buildings we own a property in and they have been nothing short of brilliant to deal with. Having compared quite a few before engaging them they have proved to be extremely reasonable and competitively priced, efficient, dynamic and always on the look out to add value for money for their clients. Furthermore they are always at the end of the phone should an emergency or even just a query need to be answered. Not only extremely knowledgeable and have wide industry contacts but Mark and his team are super nice people too! I can't recommend them enough.

M2 Property has become my go-to rental agency when I’m looking for a decent place to live in central London.
It has a helpful and professional staff that tries to understand your needs and find you something that not works for your convenience and taste but also for your budget.
I am not an easy person to satisfy but they have always managed to find something that meets my rather demanding standards on a limited budget.
For many years now, I’ve been dealing M2 and they have always turned up trumps. The best thing about them is that they don’t tie you up in complicated paperwork or trio you with hidden costs.

Great team at M2 Property. Excellent people—responsive, always willing to help, friendly and courteous. I’ve been staying with them off and on for at least four years—and I’ve always been well-served down to making sure that I always get the same apartment of my choice.
I must make a special mention of Kirsty Jane Kanjee, the lettings manager and my principal point of contact. In all my years of renting in London, she’s easily the most efficient agent I’ve come across—always unruffled, with a cool head, and genuinely keen to help.
I’m a fastidious tenant but I’ve seldom had any complaint. I will recommend M2 to anyone looking for a short or long-term tenancy in central London. Go for it! And it’s 5 stars for Kirsty and her amazing team.
