I have been living in a property managed by M2 property for 9+ years and there were no problems whatsoever. Of course that’s mainly because of Claudia who goes above and beyond to fix problems to the point that she WhatsApped me during her Christmas holidays abroad for an urgent repair!!!

M2 Property have been handling the rental and care of my home in London for over 10 years. It's owned and run by trustworthy and serious people, Mark and Elliot, and they have a good team in place to organise both the rental, done by Serena and and Kirsty, and care aspects done by Claudia, to keep things running the way they need to be. It's a small but serious team and I can definitely recommend them.

We stayed at this property for a week in April and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was more than enough space for our family of four (two adults, two teens). It is an ideal location - the street itself is quiet, but very near bustling Kensington. Easy access to the tube. Adjacent to a walking/bicycle path along Holland Park. The place itself was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (allowing us to get by with just carry-on luggage). We wouldn't hesitate to book the unit again!

M2 Property manage our building in SW7 and I could not recomend them highly enough. After having many disastrous years with a large property management company, M2 have been a rainbow in our clouds. Truly! All the team members are incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable and accessible at all times... and are all lovely too:) They will go beyond the call of duty to please and assist. They are a hidden gem in SW7!

M2 Property Management have been looking after both the rental aspect of my property as well as the building management for over the last ten years, and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and effectiveness, as well as their warm friendly manner.
Throughout lockdown and Covid they continued to work so professionally, offering a full service whilst observing all restrictions, enabling me to have please of mind whilst so far away from my rental property.
M2 are currently overseeing and co-ordinating an extensive external maintenance and decoration project on the building and I have been informed and consulted on all aspects of work, with interim schedules, as appropriate.
Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Claudia, Kirsty and Mark, and many others who always assist me as and when needed.

We rented a 2 bedroom South Kensington flat through M2 Property agency. The staff were very professional in all aspects of their service: viewings, negotiating the rental agreement, preparing the property, providing essential maintenance during our stay, extending our stay, organising final cleaning and returning our deposit. The M2 staff were always attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
