I made an enquiry last week about a unit for sale in Smethwick, the lady I spoke to said that the person dealing with the property was away until Friday 2 September and she took my telephone number and said she would pass my enquiry on not only to that person but also to other people within the office and someone would get back to me to arrange a viewing. It is now Tuesday in the following week and I have heard nothing, this doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence in dealing with this business!! I’m amazed that they even have 2 stars!... Read more

Please avoid these guys at any cost. Rent deal was agreed but they kept the property on market and informed us at the last moment the deal has been finalised with another party. Wasted not only solicitor fees but also precious 6 weeks time.... Read more

stay well clear made me waste £££ for legal fees for purchasing a parcel of land after assuring me that the deal is sealed that they operate in a respectable way unlike other dodgy back street estate agents turned out to be worse as they simply pulled out of the deal last minute. Later i discover its been bought by a friends of the staff working their very unfair and biased. Please avoid these thieves in suits... Read more

Worst agents ever. The workers take bribes of other companies to hold the premises for them. They will tell you they put youroffer forward they wont I found out when it was too late my offers were unkown to the landlord. Not only did they tell me my offer was accepted when they didnt even put if forward they took a bribe from the other company and ONLY put thier offer forward meaning they were always going to get the property. They kept telling me my offer was accepted just to stop me getting another place just incase the other one fell through. When caught out the director himself swore at me I have all evidence. Someone is going to get a hefty fine from the ombudsman can’t wait to get justice. Avoid at all costs landlords and potentially interested parties.... Read more
