The agent was polite on the phone. He was punctual and friendly during a viewing without giving the hard sell. They put me in touch with a solicitor and adviser which made the process as smooth as possible. Collection of the keys was easy.

There was a gap of 4 + months with no communication or da5a analysis updates.
Only had 4 viewings in the period of their marketing (7 months) accepting its a buyers market and unsettled housing market times
