With three full asking price offers on the first day of viewings it couldn't have been a better start. Potential buyers struggling with mortgage companies and solicitors caused delays which Neel dealt with on our behalf. When those complications turned into major issues Neel remarketed for us and this time around we got two more offers above asking price.
Neel was excellent throughout the entire process, making sure we were ok, dealing with a cautious first time buyer and even helping us with furniture we wanted to leave as we were moving abroad. He also looked after the property up to exchange of contracts while it was empty always keeping us in the loop.
I would absolutely recommend Neel and home2u if you are looking to sell. A friendly, helpful and most importantly calm outlook on the whole process.
