We thank Mantas and Lewisham team for helping us find the perfect flat for our family. We’ve gone through lots of complicated things and processes but with the outstanding help of Mantas, everything seemed to be as simple as frying chips. He will always update you on what’s happening, what needs to be done, what things you need to provide, etc. You just need to follow his instructions and you’ll never notice that you need to start packing up your things to move in to your new home and even though you’re already on your new flat he will still check on you if everything is in place. I have always avoided agencies when renting home, however, Acorn made the process very easy. Everything was done online which saved us some money that we would have spent on transport getting to their office. I would like to say a massive thank you to Mantas who helped us with everything form A to Z. He answered every single question we had and promptly replied to all the emails. Even after the moving in he still goes out of his way to help us with any query. Could not explain how happy we are with the service received!
