I have always avoided agencies when renting home, however, Acorn made the process very easy. Everything was done online which saved us some money that we would have spent on transport getting to their office. I would like to say a massive thank you to Mantas who helped us with everything form A to Z. He answered every single question we had and promptly replied to all the emails. Even after the moving in he still goes out of his way to help us with any query. Could not explain how happy we are with the service received!

Ross is the best Estate Agent I've ever met. Unlike most of the agents I met, he is very trustworthy, genuine and approachable all the time. He got back to my request to view the flat in seconds and was very helpful with all my questions later on. Brilliant experience, easily the best estate agent time I've had in a while. We dealt with Mantas, who I would recommend asking for if you're looking to let somewhere. He dealt with me as a person, rather than a number to fill a quota, and found me the right place quickly, within my budget and needs, and didn't try and flaunt me anything that was obviously over my budget. He kept me informed all the way through, and was constantly updating me as to the progress of the application. Overall, a good experience for once from an estate agent.

I have recently bought my first property in the UK through Acorn Lewisham and could not be happier with both the property and the support given by Ross throughout the process. I have met quite a few different agents and seen lots of places, and was generally worried about the winding roads in the journey of finding the right home. I have found Acorn Estate Agent to be the best in South East London for Lettings and Sales.
I had a property up for rental in the Catford area and I have been dealing with Adam Slaney from the Brockley branch, this is the first time I had to deal with Adam

Go that extra mile and very pro-active, full of enthusiasm, very driven will always inform me when he has viewings.
