The service we received from the Lewisham branch of Acorn on the letting side was excellent. Both Lilia and Jade were very helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn if they are arranging the letting of your property.
Lilia was kind and helpful, understanding our requirements as our daughter, a new landlord, works abroad and we live some distance away. Lilia was respectful of the property, even removing her shoes on entry and marketed the apartment quickly and attractively. She always responded to any queries in a timely manner and was even good enough to go and remove an unwanted TV for us, as we lived far away. She really did go above and beyond to help us out and to find suitable clients.
Jade, too was super helpful in all our dealings with her always responding quickly and efficiently. If either one was unavailable for any reason, the other always responded in a timely and knowledgeable manner . As a team they provided us with an excellent service.
We were kept informed at every stage of the proceeding and I can recommend their services.

Dammy was incredible, he was so diligent in making sure that all the T’s were crossed and I’s were dotted to make the sale and purchase progress. He replied to every email, phone call, chased up solicitors, helped me complete legal documents. Without him the sale wouldn’t have gone through and he was far more conscientious than my solicitors in following everything up. I thoroughly recommend Dammy 100%. He is also very upbeat and positive, you really feel he has your back during such a stressful time. Best estate agent ever, he really is fantastic.

?????????? Highly recommend Acorn for selling your property. Arikson Franco was absolutely fantastic at getting a lot of quality viewings - people who were genuinely interested in the property and who could put decent offers. They are definitely ahead of their competitors in the market with the quality of delivering what they promise. They are the best in South East I just can't recommend them enough. Arikson Franco is an absolute Super Star ???? Thank you so much for all your help and efforts for getting this across the line.

STAY WELL CLEAR FROM RENTING FROM ACORN.
THEY ARE CORRUPT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and leave you in a flat with no heating or hot water for days on end when there told the boiler is no longer repairable they will leave you months with no boiler with a baby to freeze there staff don't care.
Staff are rude. They refuse to get problems sorted and only want your money.

Dammy and Franco dealt with my flat sale. "Did exactly what it said on the tin". Marketed my flat, found a buyer and sold it - in less than 4 months. Cannot fault any aspect of their work. Excellent communication, clear and concise. Chased the management company as and when needed. Friendly and approachable. Thanks for your efforts guys, really happy with your service. Keep up the great work.

This is the worst letting agency I’ve ever had to deal with. It took months of pleasing by email, 6 MONTHS for me to be taken off the contract when I moved out. They wouldn’t answer email for weeks on end.

I found Acorn Lewisham to deliver a very high standard of support, advice as well as referrals to additional in-house services such as mortgage brokers etc during a flat purchase. Dammy in particular assisted me faultlessly throughout the purchase in a very kind and professional manner. He helped with flat hunting and then through the whole process of offering, buying to completion. Highly recommend Acorn Lewisham and Dammy for anything to do with buying a flat.
