We spoke to a few local estate agents before deciding on John Payne. As soon as we met Chris we knew they were the right choice for us. He was well-informed about the local market and also realistic about what we could achieve and the price we should list at. Our sale turned out to be a complicated one because we sold to a charitable trust, which involved a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. The team at John Payne Lee were absolutely brilliant.
