Where do I start!? Kevin was such a great help in finding our first home. We went to him with what we had in mind, he took us out of our comfort zone of where we wanted to buy but ended up finding us our dream home which is beautiful. I had great experience at Acorn! Really nice atmosphere. I'm glad I met Davide! He is very professional, helpful and easy going. Davide always replies to email messages with any questions and gives really helpful advices. I really recommend Davide and James as well but I'm pretty sure everyone working there are amazing and professional after reading the reviews. Generally speaking I'm happy with customer service! :)

A friendly, professional and attentive agency that have been helpful through the process from viewings through to tenancy. Damian took us on our first viewing of the property where we currently live and he was great. We were given plenty of time and information at the property.
However, something that Acorn should improve is the communication process with the landlord, as it sometimes takes several days to get a written answer and the management agents are hardly ever available on the phone.
