Very hard to contact Madison Brook. I've called more than 5 times in one day, trying to speak to an agent to arrange a viewing of a property that was available to let, but no answer. After calling the whole morning, I've managed to speak to the sales team but the lady who answered the phone didn't seem too interested as it wasn't with her. Arrange a viewing was very difficult, nobody got back to my emails, so I managed to schedule it via phone. The viewing itself was terrible as the agent seemed very uninterested on doing that. The building had communal areas that were mentioned during the visit, but never shown. Overall, not a very good agency as the employees doesn't seem very interested.

At the end of October we completed the sale of our old flat and the purchase of our new one by Lewisham Station. We did so through Madison Brook’s Lewisham branch, and we found the staff that helped us to be very kind and knowledgeable. We especially had a lot of help throughout the process from Valentina, who patiently guided us through all the necessary steps. A big thank you to Stuart as well, the sales progressor who gave us a lot of help in communicating with our solicitor. They were both kind, punctual, and professional in all of their responses. It was a really positive experience which finished at the end of October.

The team at MB have been looking after my property for several years now and I never EVER have to worry. The Tenants are happy and I am happy.
I would like to particularly express a huge thank you to Roi Sulce, a Property Manager at MB.
He is thorough, efficient, solves problems and takes initiative. We recently had to resolve a very complex issue at my property, and at which point I was very much at the point of giving up and was getting very stressed.
Roi remained calm and collected, reassured me to leave it in his capable hands, to give him a few days, and he will update me when it's resolved. And finally it's done and done! I cannot thank him enough for the passion and commitment he demonstrates whilst looking after my tenants and my property, but most importantly - consistency.

It is impossible to arrange a viewing with this company. It is extremely hard and almost impossible to communicate with them by email. If they decide to use it as main communication option, it took days to get back answer from them. I am disappointed but I hope that at some point they will improve the way they are working with their potential clients.
