We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc

The first time I used Robinson-Jackson was over 10yrs ago, when I chose their Sydenham branch to sell my flat.
Years later, not only are we using their Lewisham branch to sell our current home but we've lucked out with buying our forever home through their Plumstead branch too.
Lily has been nothing short of being fantastic.
Talking with Lily feels more like talking to a friend you've known for years. She has been consistently informative and proactive. But also displays kindness with ease, and is also so supportive.
Lily is also clearly surrounded by great colleagues too. Whenever I've called into the Lewisham branch, they always have a positive, upbeat energy during our calls, they are so easy to talk to, knowledgeable and quite funny too.
If Lily isn't available, I can talk to anyone, as they know who I am and they are always up to date with what stage of the process we're at.
When I also email them, the same level of efficiency continues, as their responses are so prompt, to the point that I feel bad when I don't respond promptly myself.
Robinson-Jackson Lewisham have a great team of people and I'm most impressed that the quality of staff has continued after so many years, as Robinson-Jackson have effortlessly managed to maintain a praiseworthy experience, from my time selling through their Sydenham branch and buying through their Plumstead branch too.
We are most definitely grateful and thankful for Robinson-Jackson and we will be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Rob Berry has been the best property agent I have met so far. Not to mention the basic things like being on time and good etiquette etc, I m a nervous buyer but he calms me with facts and transparency and manages the right expectations. He won’t rush me for decision but instead asked me to take my time and advised me which property he think is more value to money for me . Not much agent nowadays there are that honest and helpful. Even though we had originally arranged to view two properties I was contacted in the morning to confirm and also to let me know that the other was unavailable. I arrived a few minutes late and was called just before I arrived, a couple of minutes after our arranged meet time. We gained access easily although the agent hadn’t been there before - he checked any questions I had about service charge and energy efficiency. There didn’t seem to be much known about the background to the property and while I queried a few factors as possible reasons for the pricing, they said that they’d usually be informed if there was anything bc significant. The agent mentioned all aspects, making sure I noted all the features - letting me know there was other interest and encouraging me to think about what I’d like to do but not in a pressuring way. As we were leaving he continued to point out things such as I’d asked about neighbours; he suggested that while he didn’t know you can sometimes get a sense by how they present at the front door and sometimes this can give an indication. He was very pleasant and not hurried - happy to go at my pace and careful but not making me feel awkward. We left arranging to make further contact.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alan and his team. They took responsibility for the sale of my house and buy oh boy, am I glad I entrusted the sale to such a professional and hard working team. The sale was somewhat protracted for a variety of reasons (none the fault of Robinson Jackson I will add) however, the team stuck to the task at hand and eventually secured a buyer.
I think every property sale throws up its fair share of to and fro with the various Legal teams, my sale was no different. I would like to especially mention Stephen who managed this part of the sale, he really was exceptional. He kept me informed, he nudged me when I needed to be nudged and just kept the process moving in the right direction.
Further call out for Lily who supported me with all sorts of ad-hoc requests during the sale. Each request was tended to and nothing was too much bother.
If you are in 2 minds as which Estate Agent to use in the area, look no further than Robinson Jackson is my advice

An experience that started off really well. Fast to market and do viewings over Covid and fast to get a few offers, however that’s where the good experience ends. The agent had mis-marketed the property, even though they had specific emails from us the seller, highlighting the aspects weren’t available - they had failed to pay attention to this detail. This then caused issues between us and the buyer - neither of us being at fault, but the agent expected us- the sellers to take a hit on price due to their mistake. The relationship turned sour as the agents didn’t take accountability and we didn’t feel like they were working for us the sellers and were simply just pushing for a quick sale on the back of their error. Long story short they became very unprofessional and unresponsive in their dealings with us, even marking the property as STC when we specifically asked them not to until we had the signed paper work from the buyer. They weren’t listening and stopped communicating effectively. It ended up being a very painful and unprofessional experience.

We ended up in a bit of a chain, but Stephen was a great help to get everyone's ducks in a row before we exchanged.

Robinson Jackson was not initially my first choice Estate Agent as I had noticed that KFH had sold all the houses on my road for years. However, based on my lack of experience in home moving I chose KFH based on previous performance over a fantastic professional yet friendly approach we received from Lily and Chris at Robinson Jackson.
How wrong I was, very early on into my home selling process I realised my error and RJ were great. I left KFH and RJ took on my property and really encouraged potentially matched buyer’s to view our home. We eventually found a buyer and then we were confronted with Covid 19 which then slowed everything down.
Stephen was our appointed Selling Progressor and he was brilliant keeping us updated when our solicitors went AWOL and liaising between ourselves and our buyer during some very difficult months of lockdown.
Well done and thank you to the whole team at Robinson Jackson for making my family feel special during our move, nothing was ever too much trouble for you.
We will definitely be recommending RJ to our friends and family.

Could not recommend Robinson Jackson Lewisham highly enough, we recently used them to sell an inherited property and they have been phenomenal. This was far from a straightforward sale with a number of complex issues cropping up along the way, Chris worked tirelessly to get these issues resolved, often going above and beyond the role of an Estate agent. Without Chris's wealth of knowledge and experience and the support of his team (Particularly Ewa and Alan) there is no way this Sale would have got across the line!
