I had a horrible experience with Home London and per my conversation with previous and current tenants I am not alone in this. Not a trustworthy company. Do not trust their words. Always ask for confirmation in writing (for everything!!!). They forced me to pay £350 agent fee that I later discovered this fee is a banned fee in the UK since June 2019 (they will ask for it anyway, make sure you don't pay it, if you have to, ask for the receipt). Only and only rent from this company IF you have zero chance to work with another agent/company. If you rent from this property, read the how-to rent document and ask for check-in and check-out inventories. They will keep your deposit for the items they never provided, and for the damages you never made (they have a reputation for this). Find another property as soon as you can and leave immediately.... I bought a property in shoreditch exchange recently after considerable delays with another developer. Neil and Francesco were very helpful in getting the sale pushed through as quickly as possible, always available for questions and advice.
