Searching for a place to rent is quite a tough and stressful process: Viola at Laurence Leigh was so wonderful, helpful and most of all, personable and professional at her job. With other letting agencies, I have encountered various agents who talked loudly, made false promises and got nothing done. At Laurence Leigh, Viola got things done 110%, kept me updated, and even went the extra mile to contact me during her leave, and for that, I really appreciate her efforts as finding a place to live is not easy for a relatively inexperienced individual in the housing market, and I felt very much in safe hands with her.
