I have had the pleasure of working with The Estate Company for more than 10 years. Sarah Wilson handled the letting of my Flat with professionalism and efficiency. No task was too difficult for her to manage. Her team, too numerous to name but appreciated, was always on top of everything.
When the time came to sell, Darren Richards handled the whole process. From photos to contracts he was in control. The flat sold for the asking price in less than two months!

I have been very pleased with the level of service, both Darren Richards and Sarah Wilson are proactive and easy and pleasant to work with. Actively participated in the gazumping process. Found out afterwards that their whole 'story' was a pack of lies to raise the selling price of the property I was purchasing. Outrageous and disgusting. Do not trust them!
