Over the two and a half years we lived in the flat, our experience with The Estate Company was truly exceptional, particularly thanks to our agent Sarah. From the very start when she diligently showed us around the property and compiled the full documentation to present to the landlord, Sarah's professionalism and attentive service made the entire process seamless.
Sarah was always exceedingly polite, responsive, and happy to assist with any queries or requests we had. Her approachable manner put us at ease right away, and her clear communication ensured there were never any misunderstandings throughout our tenancy. Whenever any issues did arise, Sarah proactively took charge, liaising with the landlord swiftly to resolve matters.
Not only was Sarah unfailingly courteous herself, but her positive attitude and diligent work behind the scenes with the landlord meant we never encountered any difficulties on that front either during our stay. The landlord communications and transactions she handled were invariably smooth.
I am extremely grateful to Sarah and appreciative of the consistent high standards of customer service she maintained over the years we worked together. Her dedication to her clients is exemplary. Have known and used The Estate Company for many years. They have a first rate service that we cannot fault.
They have sold flats for friends of ours with great success. We have used them also for lettings, they have found us really good tennants always. They take up references and do in depth checks. Always treat you with proffessional care and understanding. Very friendly helpful staff.
