Excellent service during and after a sales agreement had been reached.Darren was particularly helpful to both parties in reaching agreement over various situations which might otherwise have been contentious. The solicitors were slow providing the Contract and again Darren ensured a speedy delivery.

My initial impression of Darren being highly honest, professional and someone who gets the job done proved to be spot on. Me and my partner were looking for a 1 bedroom flat in NW London to rent for a couple of years, and from start to finish, The Estate Company have been so helpful, we found a gorgeous flat listed on their website, booked a viewing for the next day, and secured it the day after. Very quick service, and so organised!
We had previously dealt with other agents in the area and nothing compares to the level of service that The Estate Company can offer. Everything was explained, the property was exactly as described, and we secured the flat seamlessly. We moved in today, and the property is spotless, and we absolutely love it!
Thank you to both Sarah and Darren for making what is usually a stressful process, the easiest thing we've ever done! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property to buy or rent, in London, as these guys are brilliant, and we will certainly be coming back to them when we look for our next property in a couple of years! :)

Over the two and a half years we lived in the flat, our experience with The Estate Company was truly exceptional, particularly thanks to our agent Sarah. From the very start when she diligently showed us around the property and compiled the full documentation to present to the landlord, Sarah's professionalism and attentive service made the entire process seamless.
Sarah was always exceedingly polite, responsive, and happy to assist with any queries or requests we had. Her approachable manner put us at ease right away, and her clear communication ensured there were never any misunderstandings throughout our tenancy. Whenever any issues did arise, Sarah proactively took charge, liaising with the landlord swiftly to resolve matters.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Estate Company for more than 10 years. Sarah Wilson handled the letting of my Flat with professionalism and efficiency. No task was too difficult for her to manage. Her team, too numerous to name but appreciated, was always on top of everything.
When the time came to sell, Darren Richards handled the whole process. From photos to contracts he was in control. The flat sold for the asking price in less than two months!

My experience with this agency is awful.
During my tenancy period it was very complicated to get help from them. It used to take ages to repair/fix the issues I had. For example i had a lot of problems with pipes due to them being old and incorrectly set up. There were constant leaks and blockages, at one point all both sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were clogged so badly could not use them at all for a week, besides that I had strong drain resembling smell in the flat. First they took ages to approve the repairs, then they would send some incompetent “professionals” who misdiagnosed the issues, then we had to go through the same approval process again.
It was always very hard to get in the touch with them and they barely called back.
But the worst happened when I moved out and they did not want to release my deposit.
They just ignored my messages and calls.
They insisted that I had damaged the floor and the landlord would withhold the amount from my deposit to repair it after he would find out the price to repair it. They referred to the inventory report which I had never seen when I moved in. After chasing them for a month I raised a claim with my deposit scheme. The agency/landlord were given 2 weeks to provide the explanation of the issue and supporting documents. But they did not even bother to reply!!! Currently I am still waiting for the adjudicator’s deduction and hope to receive my money back ASAP.
My advise is to avoid this agency if possible.
