Hi I am totally disappointed after long time waiting for refund deposit money.Today Angela send me emails (so sorry no refund ) actually i didn't move this property just less than few hours I enter this property. Property it's so dirty and I quickly contact home point estate agents and later send picture about these issues and request cancel the contract and refund money by mistake I signed documents without second view .I lost my money so my advice be careful before signed the contact I am not Happy????????????... This agency is a NIGHTMARE. Lies lies lies lies lies - all the time. I've been Asking for repairs as I literally have waterfalls on my walls during the rain. They only care for payments. We have just appointed Home Point to sell our property. Saffron has been very helpful and knowledgeable and prompt to arrange an appointment with us. Saffron and Keith came to our home and explained how the company would market our property. We were so impressed that we chose Home Point rather than a well known large chain. Preferring to deal with one or two members of staff instead of a dozen! The service we have received so far has been excellent with Saffron keeping us well informed of what is happening and answering any questions we have had. i called home point to view a particular property, i called them 3-4 times!!! & each time "Becky" said she would get back to me as soon as viewing is available. now 2weeks later.... Guess what!!! the property has been Let!! with no call to book me in for a viewing!! im very dissapointed & when i confronted them she gave NO apology!! her only words were it went on 1st viewing!!! I have recently sold my property through Home point Wolverhampton sales team (Saffron and Jason) and I wanted to leave a review on here to express my happiness. My experience with Home point has been absolutely amazing. from start to finish the service I have had has been beyond helpful, every question I have had has been answered (even the silly ones) When Jason came out to value my home he was very pleasant, and I felt like I could really trust him, I told him why I was looking to sell quickly and around about how much I wanted to achieve. He told me this was very do-able and that my property was in excellent conditions, I could really tell that he was experienced with this. He was really helpful and was giving me lots of information that helped as I was going into this as a first-time seller. I was nervous as a first-time seller as I was unsure as to what I was getting myself into- when my property sold (after two days of being on the market and £5,000 over the asking price !!) I was thrilled, but I was also very nervous as I hadn't got any solicitors in place yet, I rang Saffron and she recommended a referral company that they use called Connelly and co. The service I received from both the solicitors and Saffron was a match made in heaven. I would get a call from Saffron once a week with an update, or whenever she needed to call me she would do. I really feel like both Jason and Saffron made my sale so simple and stress-free. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOME POINT !!!!!!... Read more

I live in the local area and had never even thought of using home point, as they have a questionable reputation. I stopped by the Wolverhampton office and was greeted by three lovely members off staff, all very welcoming and willing to chat, i spoke with Jason and Saffron in regards to a property for sale, however it had sold that same day! i know who i will be using to sell my property when the time is right. I really do not know how this company is still operating, they are all sleazy con artists. Made up fees, withholding deposits and ignoring emails / phone calls. Just hope your phone call is NOT answered by a person called "Becky" she is a vile person with a horrible attitude. They come up with all sorts of weird and wonderful reasons to hold your deposit, ours was the gutters had leaves in them and there was mould on the conservatory roof. The house had damp problems which was raised with Home Point and the landlady but ignored. We moved out in May and still no sign of the deposit and no response from Home Point. We have agreed to the ADR process with the DPS but they cannot do anything until Home Point respond. If you are considering using Home Point just read the reviews.... Read more

Called about a property at the Castlecroft branch.The snotty woman who answered was rude and very discriminating towards people who have pets her words were "Noooooo they dont except pets, definitley not!, We have had lawyers and solicitors looking at this property to rent" so lawyers and solicitors don't have pets? Whats all that about, oh and not to mention as nice as the house is decorated it is an ex council property not Buckingham palace. which is how she made it sound. They obviously don't except professional working people with pets, as they don't ask for your details so they can forward other available properties on. will never use Home Point. Thats My Point!... I recently rented my Moms house out through Homepoint Wolverhampton and the process was smooth and professional the whole way through. The team were very informative and friendly and Becky kept me updated regularly of all enquiries and viewings and I was absolutely delighted when I was informed that Kelly had agreed a letting after it being on the market for only 3 days! Estate agents don't give you much information on what you need to know(even when you ask) they give misleading information. Are not very helpful. The flat I'm in is awful, the neighbourhood is awful.
