Like other correspondents, I am having difficulty in getting deposit monies back for three properties. I am dealing with the Stourbridge office and find very often there is no-one there, and when there is I am told that it will be sorted 'next week'. P. Patel claims that we have long term contracts with them and will incur cancellation fees :RUBBISH; as of tomorrow ( 26 September 2019 ) my patience expires and am going to the small claims court to sue for return of deposits plus interest.

Since this company took over from Town & Country in Stourbridge (1st class co) I have had nothing but problems: late rent; broken promises- never return calls; returning deposit to tenants when property is left in disgusting, filthy state and telling me it is in fair condition!! Who are they acting for? Obviously themselves. Paying for full service but receiving exceedingly terrible one. Avoid at all costs.

I went through a lot before I got my deposit with these people. They are not professional at all. You have Paul the manager who is rude and arrogant! Then there is Danny Evans who I dealt with from the start, this man has no good manners at all. I have never met a man that talks down upon people. He had agreed not to give me any amount from my deposit without consulting me about the damages. Only to say he wasn't working at Homepoint when I moved in. I made numerous phone calls being told all sort of lies. To be precise it took me almost a month to get my deposit. Please stay away from this estate agent. These people spoil it for the other staff members that are polite and humble, Simon is one of them. Perhaps he might want to teach Paul Patel and Danny Evans all about good public relations

As everybody else mentioned, they are unprofessional people. Can't get rent on time, have to chase them all the time and the management people don't talk to you straight on the phone. Waste of time

Extractor awaiting repair 18months. Hob stopped working 4months ago. Window in bathroom fall apart recently. AVOID FOR YOUR SAFETY!

Like many people who have posted here this company are totally unprofessional ..I as a landlord have had problems with them not paying rent in to my account..during May I phoned Walsall lettings a total of 22 times' was promised calls back, emails not once did I receive anything. I called six times to speak to the manager Mr Patel but miraculously he was never there but I was told he would call back. He was either unaware of my calls or just ignorant in the way he treats his customers. At my first opportunity I'm off..fed up of dealing with liars especially the woman who initially answers calls

Hi I am totally disappointed after long time waiting for refund deposit money.Today Angela send me emails (so sorry no refund ) actually i didn't move this property just less than few hours I enter this property. Property it's so dirty and I quickly contact home point estate agents and later send picture about these issues and request cancel the contract and refund money by mistake I signed documents without second view .I lost my money so my advice be careful before signed the contact I am not Happy????????????

Terrible agents, no feedback, they don't answer phone and don't tell you when you have a viewing!! People knocking on door saying they have an appointment to view your property but you know nothing about it.. The list goes on & on & on.............
