Just completed my purchase. Due to the perfect storm with lockdown, stamp duty holiday my experience was very stressful. Thankfully Homes & Land guided me through. I really trust them and are nice to deal with. Chloe went above and beyond the call of duty. Would use them again in a without any hesitation.

Recently bought a house marketed by homes and land, they were very approachable, always responsive to our calls and queries . They were also polite and went above and beyond when hold ups occurred beyond their control to sort the problems out swiftly and efficiently. We would like to say thank you to the whole team and especially to Joe and Johnathan .

Having moved 3 times before and never used an Estate agent I was not looking forward to doing so. However, we luckily found Homes & Land!
Throughout the process of selling our property Joe & Jonathan have been excellent. Jonathan kept us informed on a regular basis, if he said he would call us or check something he did it.
Johnathan also gave us some sound advice when needed which helped our process. His experience and insight were always welcome.
All dealings we had with the team were always professional and we were never fed bull..... unlike several other agents we dealt with for our purchase.
I would strongly recommend Homes & Land.

Jonathan and Joe were fantastic with the sale of my house. They kept us well informed at every stage and gave us informative feedback from every viewing. Their fees were very competitive with a professional photography package and a brochure (of great quality) included in the price. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

A big Thankyou to Joe, Johnathan, Mike for all there help in helping us to sell and achieve a much wanted move despite COVID crisis.
They were extremely professional, very responsive with phone calls, enquiries and advice.
Marketing materials very good quality photography etc.
They went the extra mile with COVID, meeting viewers at the house and making sure they wore gloves, mask, shoe covers.
When I was viewing properties for myself no other estate agent did any of this, so top marks for thinking of client safety.
Would not hesitate to recommend Homes and Land and without hesitation will use them if and when we ourselves move again.

Homes and Land have been excellent with the purchase of our first home. Always at the end of a phone or email answering anything I needed answered or help with. Joe Drewery especially was a massive help to us, whenever we needed to get into the house before sale was complete he would always make himself available to make that happen. He was caring, very helpful and never missed a phone call from ourselfs.
