We had to do almost all the following up after viewing. They didn't seem to value the importance of this. The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year.. Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.... Read more

I could not fault Homes Grayshott and in particular Tanya! She worked her socks off, never moaned about me emailing her constantly with questions, always updated me, always honest. As well as that sometimes when there were issues with potential buyers, or later on the chain - she mopped up my tears. She kept in close touch with my solicitor - latterly every single day. My solicitor was also brilliant so if you go to Tanya she can recommend. I honestly have nothing bad to say about Homes....and finally I am moving on Friday. Thanks to all of them and a special hug for Tanya ????!... Read more
