Selling a house is pretty much always a thing with big ups and downs, but the team at Henry Adams were always reliable to keep us informed and knowledgeable about what we should expect.
Throughout the whole process I don't think tehre is anything they could've improved on for us. We trialled a few different agents, and despite Henry Adams being at the more expensive end of the scale, we were very confident we made the right decison to go with them.

From start to finish - the service received was exemplary. I couldn't be happier. The old adage you get what you pay for certainly rings true here. Calls were followed up in a timely manner, buyers chased, and my place, after a VERY very long journey, through multiple agents, sold. Their photographer contractor was superb (and actually professional) - honestly, the service I got was that of if I was selling a very high end property. I'm definitely going to use Henry Adams again if selling within the Haslemere catchment.

I have never written a review in my life but feel compelled too. A very chaotic service, contradictive information given to the two parties, documentation sent with errors, dismissive staff when issue raised. We have had to chase for information and the lack of communication is appalling! We are using another estate agent to rent our other property and the experience is completely different. Do not use!

It was an amazing experience with Henry Adams when we dealt with them for a flat to rent in Haslemere. Daniel Wood was the letting manager who deserves great appreciation in showing the flat in no reluctance and to deal with all our needs quicky. The communication was faster as compared to other agencies either through email or phone calls. The process was quick and professional. All of the process except application form is online so we don’t loose the copy of them, as we get a copy emailed. No concerns, very happy with their service.??????????...
