Thomas was amazing, he gave us very good advice about things we could change before the first viewing and the people he organised viewing with were actually real buyers. The photos were really exceptional and we sold the house within three weeks even in the current climate of war in Iran.
They are now trying to get the sales through the hoops and allow us to ,move quickly.

We had a great experience with Homes Estate Agents from start to finish. A special mention to Rob, who did a fantastic job selling our home — professional, knowledgeable, and always reassuring throughout the process.
Also a big thank you to Nick, who really helped get the exchange over the line. He was incredibly patient and responsive, especially considering how often I was chasing him for updates! His persistence and communication made a real difference during what was a very stressful stage and I don’t know if it would’ve happened without him.
Overall, a friendly and dedicated team!
Highly recommended.

We had to do almost all the following up after viewing. They didn't seem to value the importance of this. The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year..
Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.

The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.
