We sold our house through Homes....Andy Woodcraft was amazing getting the sale and Tina Whiting was completely and utterly our saviour from the stresses that inevitably arise towards exchange and completion. Without Tina's proactive liason with everyone in the chain it would have been so much more stressful. If you are thinking of selling your house, please use Homes as Tina is a complete star and will make your life easier.

I cannot praise this company enough. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my moving experience. I would like to particularly thank Tina who has been extremely supportive in my moving process, explaining things I didnt understand, chasing solicitors, keeping me updated ever step of the way as well as being very easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. When the time comes that I do want to move, I will absolutely be going to Homes.

We had a fantastic experience with Homes Estate Agents. Everyone we interacted with was brilliant - friendly, professional, knowledgable and responsive. In particular, Kevin was great at keeping everyone calm and guiding us to a positive resolution during a crisis (which was no fault of Homes) just before exchange of contracts. Receiving such great service has made a real difference during a very stressful time. We have been able to rely on Kevin and the team to guide us through the process, keep us informed, respond to queries, offer advice, etc. We are so grateful. 100% recommend.

We sold & purchased with Homes & from the start of the process in April 24 until completion at end of October the Homes team (Alton) were fantastic, constantly updating on a regular need to know basis, as well as offering the right advise regarding the market, meaning we could make balanced & objective decisions along the way.
