16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I brought my property through Paul Monkhouse at Clarke Gammon Weller in Haslemere. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process. He is proactive and communicative. I was buying a probate property and was the top of a long chain and Paul made the whole process as straight forward as possible. I would 100% recommend Paul and Clarke Gammon Weller, Haslemere.

We have recently moved out of London and have dealt with our fair share of estate agents and our experience with Hamptons in Farnham outshone them all. We dealt with Diego Tavares at the branch and I would highly recommend him and Hamptons to anyone.- 4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Hamptons were a great agent to work with from a buyers perspective. Stuart was very accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When the time comes to sell and move on, we will certainly be looking to use Hamptons.
29th Sep 2023 (9 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Our experience renting with Kelway Law was a nightmare. We spent months repeatedly reporting various hygiene and safety hazards and waiting for them to be fixed, including a huge hole in our bathroom floor (which we began proceedings with the council over), faulty radiators which left parts of our house (notably our kitchen) almost unusable in the winter, a faulty shower pump, black mould, and slugs and mice in the kitchen. They eventually sent someone out to fix the hole but were never interested in the rest, letting the landlord's house fall into disrepair because of their laziness and negligence. I've never seen such a high staff turnover which made getting anything resolved a challenge because nobody ever knew anything about the property (and management were of course elusive). Rent increases went against our contract, and our landlord routinely came over with no warning and Kelway Law did nothing to protect us from this, even instigating one of the times this happened by providing the landlord with incorrect information about us. After we moved out, Kelway Law withheld all of our deposit for around five months (including the undisputed part), fortunately the Tenancy Deposit Scheme were able to support us in getting the undisputed part and much of the disputed part back too. Their claims to our deposit were largely linked to their negligence of the property in the three years we were there. Honestly they are the worst letting agent I've ever come across and I would never consider selling or letting a home through them again. I suspect the owner knew this review was coming and I hope he takes it on board and significantly improves his offering, rather than continue fleecing good tenants and landlords who pay them for a service they don't receive.

After that they were so helpful during the vending process, whenever there was a delay or a problem, they were able to communicate across all of the parties and get the problem unblocked.
