16th Nov 2018 (6 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
9th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.- 12th Mar 2025 (16 days ago)Cheryl and Rachelle were the most communicative and effective part of our entire house buying and selling process, and they didn't even represent us (we were purchasing a property Hamptons were selling). Their post offer acceptance support was exemplary, helping us navigate several issues with the sale. They also communicated effectively with our sellers, showing great patience as our own sale was held up. When we sell our house, we'll definitely be using Hamptons to do it!

She is extremely knowledgeable and has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. She set my mind more at rest. She was available all the time to answer any questions I had and would always return my calls. She explained everything really well and clearly. I felt so supported through the process. She assisted me with finding the right mortgage provider for me and my particular situation. I also appreciated her friendly disposition. Thank you so much Megan Morgan for all your help and support while buying our first home. You were so helpful. I would definitely recommend her services to everyone. Huge thanks.

29th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.
