Hunt Frame is a local independent agent which I have engaged to sell my small property in Eastbourne; so far so good.... the office staff respond promptly to all enquiries and phone call are returned

I wanted to put the matter of selling my late father's house to a small and local business. From the outset they were smartly presented, professional, polite and a good stream of viewers attended. The property was agreed on within a couple of weeks. The sale was delayed thanks to the very slow HMCTS Probate Office, who need a rocket, but with patient purchasers through the chain and professional service from HF, the sale went through.
A very good decision on our part to choose this small but worthy company, who operated at a level well above their weight.

Very disappointed with both the service .when we met Steve he was very positive but once I signed the contract very little was done to help sell my property . I tried to change the contract so it wasnt a sole agent but was told I wasn't able to do that even though by law you have a fourteen day cooling period but I was told no worry we will sell in within in twelve weeks to no avail . In the end iI had to sent a letter by recorded post as no one response replied to emails totally waste of time. I was advised to reduce the price which I did it made no difference I've have lost faith in all estate agents . Sadly we live in a world were people and service not important .and clearly agents don't talk to each other or the seller so no one has a que wasted 12 weeks if my time and money as could of rented out straight away but was advised to keep empty they had access every day
