Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. We would highly recommend Taylor Engley. Neil Robinson and his team have been fantastic throughout the sale of my mother’s house from securing the sale to ensuring that it proceeded smoothly to completion.
The sale was achieved in very difficult circumstances – during the second lockdown, dealing with parties shielding or unable to travel to help. Neil was imaginative and always willing to help in dealing with issues as they arose. Neil was pro-active in making sure everything was in place and keeping us informed at every stage.
Neil and his team were always professional and efficient but also kind and sensitive to our particular circumstances. We were delighted with our decision to use Taylor Engley.

My Aunt and I called in to Taylor Engley offices in Hailsham on the off chance as she was looking to view properties either to buy or rent in Hailsham.
Sarah was very helpful and at short notice arranged 2 viewings which were carried out by her colleague Sadie.
We were impressed throughout by the positive can-do attitude, excellent communications, and professional approach of both ladies.
They stood out amongst all of the estate agents in the area we had dealt with so far and we felt they were doing their best for us, we could trust them.

I enquired on a property via Zoopla to view. I didn’t receive any correspondence so I called the next day. Spoke to someone who told me they would call me back to arrange an appointment. 24 hours later still no call so I call again to find out a property has been sold.

How refreshing to work with an estate agent that really is different to all the others! Recent was going to sell my house and went to Taylor Engley in Eastbourne, and they have been fantastic, note your normal image we have of Estate Agents, the are a small unit of friendly staff and always welcoming, and polite when I popped in the office and had time for me. Keeping me informed with all to do with the sale of my house and at all times working hard trying to sell and managed to get many offers,some good , some bad, which they gave me good advice on. At the end I decided not to sell, and after I got a printed list of what had been done to try and sell my house, I was shocked how much hard work they had done, which I send a Big Thanks, I certainly recommend them.
