Moving in to a clean, hygienic property is standard. But clearly not in this case. The flat had been cleared of furniture, but not cleaned. Some of the dirt was a direct threat to health ie. Black mould. I documented this the day I moved in, sent photos to this agency and requested cleaning from the landlord,as long as it wasn't taken from my deposit. Now my tenancy has ended and they are trying to withold over £180 from my despoit for "cleaning" despite I left the flat in a spotless condition. The landlord (who wishes their identity to remain secret, I wonder why?) clearly trying to negate their responsibilities and save cash. Parasitic. I left the property spotless, however when I moved in it was a state. Would you accept this as the state of a property when you move in. Black mould, heavy dust, extractor fans clogged with grease and a filthy oven? Do better.

Tyrone is the best estate agent I have ever come across, he’s professional, personable and truly seeks out the best for you.
He is thorough, constantly follows up every enquiry, chases relevant parties to stop processes dragging often building up a positive rapport with all parties to facilitate positive communication.
I have been down avenues in terms of selling and buying properties with Tyrone over the past year, it’s been a long and often tedious process I imagine somewhat frustrating for many estate agents but he never seemed put out no matter how many times I asked to view the property!
Some aspects of the purchase process I was unfamiliar with, he was very patient and clear with explaining everything involved.

The company was very efficient, if we needed calling back, someone always did in a short space of time.
Adrian was a massive help with the sale and we were surprised by just how much he was involved with both solicitors, the whole thing was so easy with one person knowing everything.
When he said he would email to chase something up, he did it straight away and always got back to us.
