Don’t recommend town property rentals, Jessica the manager was very obnoxious and not helpful! Didn’t even want to listen to anything I said just spoke over me!! I went with a different letting agents in the town which were a lot more helpful!

I used town property to sell my house in 2023, I found the process simple and they were very responsive to emails and happy to help with any questions I had.
In 2024, I was looking to buy and I was happy to see a property being offered to market by Town Property. The service on the other side did not disappoint, Adrian answered all the questions I had and also arranged at short notice access to the property in question for some last minute checks. I appreciate good customer service and I got just that!

I’m a bit stingy when it comes to star ratings, (ask the eBay sellers I buy from…) but the 5 star ratings I’ve given for staff at Town Property are well deserved. From the first visit to value, then on to getting the details and images right, getting the buyers visiting and achieving the sale has all been exemplary. We were also lucky enough to be buying through Town Property, that was also dealt with extremely well.
All communication was dealt with quickly, professionally and with the right amount of familiarity. Any issues (caused by others in the chain, not by Town Property) was quickly discussed with us and a solution or way forward found. There was never the feeling of information being kept from us.
I can do nothing but recommend Town Property to those selling, and if you find a property to buy at this estate agent, I believe you will be treated fairly and honestly.

Right from our valuation until completion, our experience with Town Property has been fantastic. They have always been so supportive, informative and most importantly honest and transparent which has made the whole process feel so much more relaxed and us informed. James Bell went above and beyond in terms of my expectations, he is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of the business, but where he excelled was in the customer service aspect of his role. There were several times throughout the 6 month process, from offers to exchange, where it looked as though an issue could have compromised or even stopped the process. There was even, sad to say, poor performance from two different solicitors in the chain, but at every step of the way James constantly kept in contact with me, even when there was no specific information to update me on, to reassure me, demonstrate empathy, and keep me sane! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him, and therefore Town Flats!
