Really great! Initially told not to use these guys by others. but I went with them because i believed they were the best out of the agents I met. All I was told turned out not to he the case. sold my house within 3 weeks. Super helpful and photos looked great. Overall really pleased with the service.

Brilliant! brilliant! brilliant!. So easy to do talk and friendly these guys are. Tom and Sam were really helpful in finding me a property, called me every time a property came on and helped me as the buy progressed. Sam Also saved me over £100 a month on my mortgage and was able to buy a better property in Albion road. Couldn’t have done it with out these guys. Defo recommend. Five stars from me, Ben and Lula

Brilliant agents really friendly and provided my niece with everything she needed while buying her first home. Tom and Steve especially were helpful in this process as we incurred a few hurdles along the way but nothing was a chore for them. The service was great from start to finish.

Really happy with the service I received. Initially I was a nervous first time seller. I had a few estate agents out to value my property. When Steve came out to meet me, he answered all my questions, left no stone unturned and was very helpful. I chose to go with them after this and They had viewings before it even when online. Two weeks later I had an offer of the asking price and I was delighted to be sold. They also helped me find my next home which I’m now decorating. Overall I thought they were brilliant.

In general they are good but my experience as a buyer with them is they are not very customer focused. Every time I deal with them I feel like I'm putting them out and when speaking on the phone the conversation is so fast and the phone is put down even before I've said goodbye. There are other agents that make you feel more welcome. All that being said if they are the only ones listing a property that you like then you have no choice but to try and deal with them.

Very poor.

Although the estate agent appeared to know what she was talking about when we met in person, they made numerous mistakes - they went to the wrong house to take photos, they sometimes called the wrong number to contact me, they arranged a viewing without telling me and I wasn't at home to let them in.

They only arranged three viewings in three months (before the coronavirus lockdown)

They didn't send me a contract to sign despite my requesting it numerous times, and them agreeing that it was necessary.

Their communication was awful. They only replied to 5 out of 16 emails, the rest they ignored. They said they would call me once a week with progress, but only called twice. They never forwarded any outcome or feedback from viewings to me. When I called them, they only picked up their phone half the time and when they did, only one person could answer my query and they were nearly always out. I left messages to call me back but they never did. I had to call five or six times to get a question answered.
