They never get things fixed in properties they let and let out damp flats too. I would not use again. However, they get 2 stars as they did at least attempted good communication throughout my tenancy, apologised when they got it wrong, but they never managed to get anything fixed, i.e. damp issues for over 9 months, this could have been the landlord, but they did next to nothing to change it either. I guess the scrapping of tenant fees has made letting agents rethink how they treat people.....

From that moment on he was always at the end of the phone or on email answering our questions. When our buyer pulled out, Steve was fantastic, he was honest and upfront and helped to make the process far smoother than it might of been! Thankfully all went through and we couldnt be happier!
