6th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Cray and Norton offer a great service. They are realistic regarding where the price of your property should be and able to give tips on making your property more saleable. Excellent communication and the guys work hard to drum interest and screen for time wasters. My property sold with them and that was a great feeling. No matter who you speak with there they are always polite and empathetic and offer a flexible service. I would highly recommend them. Just try for yourself and see ????

The person I spoke with couple times Alex was rude and not doing his job properly. Don’t say you will get back to me and then don’t. Show respect to customers please. Surely this discrimination?

Was told in depth about the property which we ended up purchasing with Dan who was supportive and helped us as first time buyers throughout the stages and has been a massive help. He’s a great member of their team and very helpful would definitely recommend to a friends and Family.

Property priced competitively , which basically means a bargain , but they did a market analysis , we could have hung on for an extra 10/20 k but it was fundamentally our choice . Good communication throughout

They have made the sale of our Bungalow run smoothly for us with a personable and professional approach, regular updates on progress, and straightforward advice when we needed it. We are also sure that much background work was being done when the other parties needed that little nudge. We cannot thank you enough.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

11th Jan 2025 (5 days ago)Wendy And Ben were very accommodating when showing us properties, they weren't at all pushy, they were very knowledgeable and answered our questions efficiently throughout the viewings. Also, when it came to contacting them with any queries or questions they answered promptly and in a friendly manner. We love our new property and are very grateful for Surridge Mison and all they have done. Would wholeheartedly recommend these lovely people.
