Hunt Roche have managed several properties for us during the last 6 years and cover the whole process of finding suitable tenants, keeping us compliant with any legal changes which occur, visiting tenants regularly to ensure everything is in order and that our tenants are happy. We have found Hunt Roche to be very efficient and all the staff deal quickly with any repair problems which inevitably arise. The reason we chose Hunt Roche as our managing agent is that they were recommended to us and it has been a good choice!

Having used Hunt Roche on various occasions, I have found them to be extremely professional with both Lettings & Sales. They do a very thorough job of running checks on tenants and follow up on references, which is very reassuring when letting a property. My husband and I bought I first home together through Hint Roche a little over a year ago me.
We met a Lovely lady named Dee who showed us round the property a few times. She was very kind and helpful. We emailed a lot during purchase of this place as the paperwork from the previous owners was not up to scratch. They were very good at keep in touch as updating us with info from the previous owners even 10 months later, I bumped into Shaun Roche and he remembered exactly who I was and our new little home. It was very good experience using this company, so much so, my 2 brother-in-law's also used them to buy their places.

Just moved into a new property and Rob was dealing with us from the start. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was contactable on a daily basis and would always chase everything. He never broke a promise with returning calls and always kept us updated with any development. The whole Hunt Roche team were very approachable and would always help in his absence. After listing my Leigh on Sea property with a well known internet agent in January 2019, I can strongly advise people to NEVER DO THIS!! Not to go into detail, it was such a false economy and after error after error, cancellation of viewings and a distinct lack of caring and contact and professionalism, my first buyer pulled out. The so called Property Expert advised in his professional opinion to reduce the sale price.
I then took on Hunt Roche Belfairs in August and inside what must have been 3 weeks, Rob had produced a brochure, shared to databases, lined up viewers and sold my property!
NEVER play with selling your home, it is the most stressful experience you’ll ever have, I just completed yesterday 1st Nov so it still took months of solicitors dragging their feet, but Rob was on the case for me every single day, even on his days off (sorry Rob)!
A massive heartfelt thank you to you and your team, you’re worth every penny x
