I went into Hunt Roche Belfairs office as I needed to sell my mothers property.
I initially met with Sue Sloan who was so polite and knowledgable giving me great insight and expertise.
I then met with Rob and Jon from the belfairs office and both of these men were always polite. Attentive, and like Sue very professional.
From start to finish the process was so easy and that is down to these three staff members who assisted me every step of the way.
I honestly could not recommend Hunt Roche Belfairs enough.

Where do I start with these folks, pick any area of expertise and these are 11/10. Little over 3 months ago I called through, not knowing it was past closing time, silly me. Sue answered as if it was the start of the day and entertained my query into a property that was hot off the press, I was prepared and even tried to hint I’d call the day after, Sue was having none of it, these folks are committed, she booked us in to see the very next day with Rob along with fully briefing us on the property details. Already impressed but still cautious, I must admit I thought going there we may see the typical agent one unfairly conjours up, I feel bad for even thinking it and was open minded and hopeful. Let’s just say Rob was able to fill the shoes Sue passed on with ease. He entertained all our questions and not once, I say again, not once did we feel that we were being ushered around, we were not the sharpest dressed so one could mistake us for tramps turning up lol but Rob was through and through a pro, explained any jargon we were unsure of without issue and let us roam around and grill him some more. There was another lady, I do apologise as my memory has forgotten her name, she was just as wonderful and accommodating, we even had a good laugh when we set the alarm of alerting the neighbourhood to the potential riff raff trying to buy, us. Throughout the entire process these folks kept us fully updated, even, in my view, took on roles that others should do to help guide us, they did not stop at just being an estate agent looking for a sale, these folks not only went the extra mile but dam well completed a marathon with us with all the questions we had, hehe. Hunt Roche helped both us, the clumsy buyers, and the sellers relax into a steady and confident process, without Hunt Roche I am sure there would not have been equilibrium and without Hunt Roche and the fricking outstanding team we would not be in the property I first spoke to Sue on and visited with Rob on 3+ months back. We can not thank you enough guys, everything we were asked of we delivered with your help and guidence never wavering. Our family are forever thankful and thanks to you guys we now have a place we can call a home, something we never thought possible earlier in the year. Big big thank you ????

Being an “Estate Agent sceptic” didn’t bode well when I recently faced selling a property .
Hunt Roche was recommended to me by a friend and from the very first phone call my vision totally changed.
Both Sue and Rob tended to my every need, from that first call to the eventual sale .
I was regularly updated on all the goings on, was given great (but impartial) advice and when a couple of sales fell through, the both of them gave me every option possible to get back on track .
There was NEVER pressure for me to sell at a certain price - Sue and Rob always assured me that (as the Seller) they would work fully in my best interests .
When pitching a selling price (and just how do you price up a property ?) they both supplied historical fact and market projection to help me get to a realistic and reasonable selling price .
And probably above all else - every employee working at this Agent’s Belfairs Site were extremely courteous and friendly .
Needless to say - I WELL RECOMMEND (and might not be so dismissive of Estate agents in the future !)

Highly recommend Hunt Roche. Selling your property can be incredibly stressful however, they were very supportive throughout the sale and even helped me with queries I had on the next purchase. They saved me £1500 on a Structural engineers survey as when I called in with a query to the structure of the property we were buying, they called an architect and asked him to look at the pictures of the property and give his feedback without any expense to us. Cannot recommend them enough, after dealing with many other agents when viewing other properties, the service you get at Hunt Roche is much more professional than anything I experienced with other agents.
