Excellent service while selling property. From everyone I dealt with. Also Excellent after care. Had to contact over a year later for help and got a very speedy response. Also used Hunt Roche 20 years ago when bought house that we just sold. Haven't changed in all those years would strongly recommend

Our experience with the team at Hunt Roche Thorpe Bay was externally good, they were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, good communicators, and work very hard with the sale of our property for a fair and competitive price. I would highly recommend the team at Thorpe Bay to anyone who is wishing to sell their home. Not that we plan to move again soon, based on our experience I would not hesitate in going back to this team. It’s people that make a company and the people we dealt with were excellent in every respect.

I haven’t had the best of relationships over the years with estate agents but Hunt Roche in Thorpe Bay have changed my opinion. They sold my late mother’s retirement flat and I found them to be professional and courteous. I was regularly updated with feedback from viewings and with the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future.

Recently sold our property on Maplin Way and we are very happy with the service from start to finish. Rob and Paul in particular were very efficient and had a really great manner. We would definitely recommend them if you want agents who are personable and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we have now found our long term home, however we wouldn’t hesitate to sell again with them! Thank you to the staff at the Thorpe Bay branch.
