The team at Hunt Roche (Thorpe Bay) were recommended to me by several friends. They were instrumental in getting the sale of my late mother’s property (and family home of 60+ years) across the finishing line. My thanks to Rob in particular but also to Emily & Paul for their kindness and professionalism during what was a fairly emotional and stressful time. I bought a property through Hunt Roche that I expected to be a straightforward purchase, as it was a vacant possession. However, there were a number of legal technicalities that had to be dealt with, which meant the process took much longer than expected. Although this was frustrating, Rob was absolutely amazing throughout. As Executors, we recently sold a retirement flat in Thorpe Bay through Estate Agents; Hunt Roche. The initial contact was Ethan Livermore, who came to value the property and draw up the particulars. Ethan was approachable and professional.<br><br>A buyer was quickly found, but it was a false start, as after several months the buyer withdrew from the purchase just before Exchange. However, Hunt Roche remained positive and proactive and eventually another buyer was found.<br><br>As the sale progressed Paul Wigmore became the principal contact. It was a complex and protracted transaction with many parties and legal teams involved and Paul maintained contact with ourselves, the buyers and their solicitors throughout.<br><br>We would recommend Hunt Roche, Thorpe Bay to anyone seeking to sell or puchase a property in this area.

I have just completed on the sale of my late parents' property in Thorpe Bay and I chose Hunt Roche as my estate agent. From the first meeting we had with Ethan, Hunt Roche have provided a very friendly and highly professional service. The whole team have been very approachable and knowledgeable and have played a key part in progressing matters at various times. The property sold in two weeks and we have reached completion in 3 months - something that has made the whole process very stress free. A big thank you to Ethan, Rob and Paul for all their help.
